SAAT 2013: SAAT is a National level exam conducted by the Siksha O Anusandhan University to provide admission to the eligible candidates in various streams of engineering for various undergraduate and postgraduate program.
SAAT 2013 Eligibility Criteria:
For B.Tech. / Integrated M.Tech / Dual Degree in Management: Pass or appearing (in the year 2013) at 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects alongwith one of the following subjects : Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology /Biotechnology / Biology / Informatics / Statistics, by securing at least 50% marks taken together in the subjects mentioned. OR Pass in Diploma programme in Engineering / Technology with less than 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit:The lower age limit is 17 year and the upper age limit is 25 year as on 31.12.2013. Further provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of SC and ST.
NOTE:Candidates appearing at the qualifying examination (in the year 2013) may also apply. But, they have to produce the pass certificate of the qualifying examination with pass mark in individual appropriate subjects as mentioned for different programmes on the day of counselling, failing which the rank / position secured in the entrance Examination will stand cancelled automatically and they will have no claim for the admission as per the rank.
The above mentioned clause is also applicable for pass out candidates. e.g.: For B.Tech the candidate has to secure pass mark in each of the following subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

SAAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria for BTech
Aspirants should have passed class XII/12th or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of these subjects: Chemistry/Information Technology/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Informatics/Biology/Statistics or any other subject.
Aspirants must have secured 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam with the above mentioned subject combination.
Students appearing for Class 12 in the same year can also apply.
