The jee main exam is prodominantly printed in two languages i.e. both in English language and Hindi language, the students those opt for Hindi language gets the paper in both Hindi language and English language, but students those opt for English language mode, only get paper in English language.
So if you have filled Hindi, then you will get the paper printed in Hindi and English both languages.

Your 12th score is good but jee mains score is very low to get a top college. For current year, There are some colleges who are giving admission on the basis of 12th score. it would be better option for you as per your 12th score.
Here are the college options:-
- VIT, Pune, vellore
- MIT, Pune
- SRM University
- PICT pune
- RV college banglore
- ramaiah College banglore
Visit the official webpage of the above listed college. choose one if you find suitable.
getting admission through JEE mains will only be acceptable by private college on the basis of your score until and unless you have categorical reservation. Look out for better option and choose one which suits your interest and suitable for you.
