The result was declared in online mode wherein the candidates were able to check their PESSAT 2017 ranks, score and also download PESSAT 2017 rank card. PESSAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria refers to the requirements which a candidate should meet in order to be eligible to take PESSAT 2017. Before applying for PESSAT 2017, all aspirants had to carefully go through the eligibility criteria of PESSAT 2017.
In order to appear for PESSAT 2017, the candidates should have obtained atleast 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th class or equivalent.

Candidates from outside Bengaluru has to fill up the application form by April 10, 2017, while the last date for candidates in Bengaluru was April 17, 2017. PESSAT 2017 Exam Pattern provided details about various important aspects of PESSAT 2017 like time and duration of the exam, type of questions asked, format of the exam, mode of the exam, total number of question, marking scheme, subjects included, topic-wise question distribution, etc.
PESSAT 2017 asked questions from Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics of 11th and 12th standards (CBSE questions). Apart from PCM, the test also had 20 questions from English grammar. PESSAT 2017 question paper for B.Tech had 70 per cent questions from 12th syllabus, while 30 per cent were from 11th standard syllabus.
PESSAT Admit Card 2017 was available from April 21, 2017. The admit card of PESSAT 2017 could be downloaded by the registered candidates after booking their exam slots. Slot booking commenced from April 21, 2017. In order to download PESSAT 2017 admit card, candidates had to enter their registration number and email ID (the same email ID with which the candidate has registered during the application process).
PESSAT 2017 admit card carries important information like name, photograph, roll number & signature of the candidate, exam venue, exam time, date of the exam, etc.
PESSAT Exam Centres were the venues where the candidates took the entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes available at the university. PES University conducted PESSAT 2017 across different test centres in different states of India on different dates. In 2016, the university had conducted the entrance exam across 42 exam centres of PESSAT 2017.
PESSAT Counselling 2017
PESSAT 2017 counselling is conducted in 2 rounds by PES University. The first round of counselling of PESSAT 2017 was conducted between June 3 and 4, while the second round will be conducted on July 9, 2017. Candidates, who are shortlisted for admission, have to submit their original documents.
Candidates, who are not able to attend the PESSAT 2017 counselling, have to download the Authorization Letter in the prescribed format and submit it to the Vice Chancellor, PES University. The authorization letter can be downloaded from the link below. The authorisation letter is issued to authorise someone of behalf of the candidate (who is not able to be present or participate in the counseling process due to genuine reasons), who acts and completes all the fomalities of PESSAT 2017 counselling on behalf of PESSAT counselling 2017.
