I have secured rank of 3478 in pessat 2019.is there any chance to get a seat in second round counseling in cse branch?

Manish vaibh 4th Jul, 2019

As per the previous years cutoff you can expect electrical and electronics, mechanical, etc with this rank in pes university.

But you can't be able to get admission in computer science engineering with this rank in pessat.

But every year cutoff changes as the level of paper changes and many other factors change,so there is no certainty for this.

Ive got a rank of 5800 in PESSAT, will I get a ECE seat in Electronic city campus?

Manish vaibh 3rd Jul, 2019

Hello Rishabh

CSE and ECE are most sought branches in PES and afterall PES is one of the prestigeuos private colleges for engineering.

So, as far as ECE is concerned the last years trend says that the closing rank for the same is near about 1500

But it wont get down to 5800 for sure. So this is difficult for you to get admission in ECE department in PES.

Hope that helps!
