OJEE 2020 - Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) will conduct OJEE 2020 for B.Tech admissions to all eligible candidates. To participate in the web counselling of OJEE 2020, candidates will have to follow some steps such as registration, payment of the registration-cum counselling fee, choice filling etc. The application form of OJEE 2020 will be available tentatively from the third week of June. Special OJEE 2020 will be held tentatively in the third week of July for non-JEE Main qualified candidates. The authorities will declare the result of OJEE 2020 tentatively in the third week of July in online mode. Allotted candidates through JEE Main scores will have to pay the admission fee and will have to reach the nodal centre for document verification. The authorities will release the eligibility criteria of OJEE 2020 which will include the minimum requirements and conditions that candidates seeking admission must fulfill. Candidates are advised to check the OJEE 2020 eligibility criteria before submitting the registration form.
Candidates should have cleared class 12th examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and any one subject from subjects from Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational Subject / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Geology / Statistics.
Candidates should have cleared each subject with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates should have cleared 12th standard exam with at least 60% aggregate marks when Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics taken together.
Candidate should not be more than 20 years of age on the date of the commencement of the course.
The candidates should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Should have secured minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination individually and as an aggregate.
The authorities will release the online application form of OJEE 2020 in online mode for all the candidates who wish to take part in the counselling process. Candidates will be required to use only the Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0o r above to access the web counseling site.
Registration - Visit the official website and click on the “New Registration” link. In order to register for OJEE 2020, candidates will have to enter the mobile number, email Id, and JEE Main 2020 details. Candidates will also have to generate a password to log in to the accounts for future references.
Fee Payment - Candidates will also have to pay counselling fee of Rs. 450 through online mode (debit card, credit card/net banking).
Filling of Choice - In the next step, candidates will have to fill out their choices of institutes and course as per their order of preference. To increase the chances of admission, candidates should fill out the maximum number of choices.
Changes in filled choices - Once the candidates will fill the preferred choices, the system will release a mock allotment to give candidates a rough idea about their chances to get admission to the institutes. After mock allotment, candidates will be able to change their filled choices according to their chances of admission.
Locking of choices - Finally, after making any required editing in the choices, candidates will have to lock their choices. In case candidates fail to lock their choices then the last filled choices will be considered as a final choice.
The examination authorities will release the admit card of special OJEE 2020. It will be released in online mode. To download the admit card, candidates will have to log in using the credentials (application number and password). Candidates should note that the admit card is an important document and no candidate will be allowed to appear for an exam without it.
The authorities will declare the result of the special OJEE 2020 result on the official website. Candidates will be able to check their results by logging into the account using the credentials.
The authorities will release the branch and category wise cutoff of OJEE 2020 for candidates who will participate in the admission process through the JEE Main score. OJEE 2020 cutoff will be released on the basis of the total number of applications received and the total number of seats available. The cut off of OJEE 2020 will be the minimum marks required to be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
The examination authorities will conduct the counselling of OJEE 2020 separately for the candidates who are participating in the counselling process through JEE Main score and for candidates who qualified special OJEE 2020. The authorities will prepare a merit list on the basis of which, the seats will be allotted. For JEE Main 2020 qualified candidates, there will be two provisional seat allotment rounds. After provisional allotment, the candidates will have to report at the assigned centre for document verification and pay the admission fee. The final seat allotment will be done after document verification process.

There is 5% reservation for Green Card holders in Odisha joint entrance examination counselling so in case you do not have the Green Card you are not eligible for getting seat under the reservation for Green Card holders .you can get a seat under no reservation . Because green card is the only proof of you being a green card holder.
