Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) will conduct NPAT UG 2020 on May 9 and 10 for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses at the institute. The application form of NPAT UG 2020 has been released in online mode on December 10. Students interested for admissions at NMIMS through NPAT UG will be able to fill their application form till April 30. After the application process is over, the authorities will release the NPAT UG admit card 2020 in online mode tentatively in the first week of May 2020. Only candidates those who fulfil the NPAT UG 2020 Eligibility Criteria will be considered for admissions in the institute. The detailed eligibility criteria of NPAT UG 2020 is given below:
Candidate must have passed their class 12 from any recognized institute or an International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate or/and DP awarded are not eligible).
Candidate must also have compulsorily studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.Candidates who have passed their Diploma in Engineering must have secured minimum 50% aggregate score to be eligible to appear for NPAT UG 2020.
For Mumbai Campus: For admission to the Mumbai campus, candidates are required to score aggregate score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
For Shirpur Campus: For admission to Shirpur Campus, candidates are required to secure 45% aggregate score.
The upper age limit for NPAT UG 2020 is 25 years.
Open or Distance learning (ODL) school candidates
Candidates who have passed their class 12 from Open or Distance learning (ODL) school recognized by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
The exam conducting authorities released the NPAT UG application form 2020 in online mode on December 10. Candidates seeking admissions in engineering courses in the institute can fill in the application form till April 30, 2020. The detailed process to fill NPAT B.Tech application form 2020 is given below:
Step 1: Registration: Candidates seeking admissions in UG engineering courses at NPAT must first complete the online registration to move towards filling the detailed application form. To register for NPAT UG 2020 candidates will be required to enter basic details like name, mobile number, email address, gender, date of birth etc. After successfully submitting all the above given details, candidates will be sent their user id and password on their registered email address.

Step 2: Filling detailed application form and uploading documents: After completing the registration process, candidates will be required to login to the candidate portal through credentials sent to their registered email id. Candidates will be required to enter their personal details like mother’s name, father’s name, Aadhaar number, disability, blood group, nationality, address, etc. Next, candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph in the format prescribed by the authorities.

Note: The photograph to be uploaded must be in white or light colored background and should be not old than 6 months. Also, candidates must not wear cap or goggles in the photograph. The eyes and face of the candidate must be clearly visible in the uploaded photograph.
Step 3: Entering Academic Details: After the candidates have successfully entereed their personal details and uploaded scanned copies of their photograph, they will have to fill their academic details next. Students will be required to enter the following academic details:
Class 10 and 12 board name
Year of Passing (Class 10 and 12)
Scores secured in the qualifying examination
Name of the school from where the 10+2 and class 10 has been completed
Select Yes/No if you have opted for Mathematics/ Statistics in class 12th
Step 4 –Selection of the Institute/School/Exam date/Exam Centre: Next, candidates will be required to select the institute preference, 5 B.Tech programmes offered by the institute in order of candidate’s preference, preferred date of exam and 2 exam city preferences.
Step 5: Application Fee Payment
Candidates can pay the NPAT UG 2020 application fee in online mode through debit card, credit card or internet banking. The application fee of the exam will be Rs. 1800 (Plus 18% IGST).
While filling the application form, candidates will have to select 2 NPAT UG exam centres in order of their preference. Last year the entrance exam was held in total 41 cities. NPAT UG exam cities and states are given below:

The NPAT UG counselling 2020 process will be held in offline mode from June 15 to 20. Candidates who will be selected will be required to report at the Mumbai Campus in person for offline counselling. Students who appeared for NPAT UG 2020 will be called for counselling as per their merit ranks. Candidates who will participate in the NPAT UG counselling will be allotted seats on the basis of their ranks, preference of college and course.
Candidates willing to accept the seat allotted to them will have to pay certain amount of tuition fee. Candidates opting for Mumbai campus will have to pay a fee of Rs 2,85,000 whereas candidates choosing Shirpur campus will have to pay Rs 1,60,000. In case candidates want to cancel their admission, they will have to submit a written request to the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) along with the original fee receipt. The refund rule in such cases is given below:
