NIT Jalandhar Fee Structure 2024 - The fee structure of NIT Jalandhar applies to candidates who have been selected for undergraduate engineering courses in the Institute. Students can pay NIT Jalandhar fees in online mode only, and offline payment including the Demand Draft is not entertained by the Institute. The fee at NIT Jalandhar for foreign national students is separated into two divisions - SAARC and Non-SAARC candidates. Moreover, the SC/ST/PwD candidates are entirely exempted from paying the tuition fees at NIT Jalandhar. The economically backward candidates are also exempted from paying the tuition fees if their parental income is as per the provisions.

1. For All Gen/OBC Category whose annual family income is below Rs 1 Lakh & for all SC/ST/PH Category

How to Pay NIT Jalandhar Fees?
All the candidates will need to make fee payments through online mode only. Any other mode of payment will not be considered by the Institute. Candidates can use Debit/Credit or Net Banking to make their online fee payment. The steps to make fee payment online are:
The candidates will need to log in official NIT Jalandhar Portal
Enter the Username and Password to Log In
Select the type of Payment to be done to NIT Jalandhar.
Once the payment is successful, save the E-Receipt in the form of a PDF document to submit the printout to the Institute during registration.
Candidates can also make their payments through Challan. The steps to complete fee payment through Challan are as follows:
Login to NITJ Fee Portal.
Select the ICICI payment gateway.
A new web page will open, click on the Make Payment Button.
Select NEFT/RTGS option.
On the Next Screen, Click on the Generate Challan Button.
After taking the Print Out of Challan, the Candidate will need to visit the Bank for payment (The Bank will transfer the amount from the candidate’s account to NITJ account).
Note: Once the Payment is made, Send a copy of the challan to the Institute through the email Id webmaster@nitj.ac.in. The institute will update the fee status and the candidate will be able to download the fee receipt from NITJ Fee Portal.
In case of any discrepancy, a candidate may directly contact the institute mentioning the Name and Roll No. through the email address: webmaster@nitj.ac.in
NIT Jalandhar Courses
The Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute Of Technology Jalandhar offers courses at three levels: undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral. The NITJ offers multiple courses in various fields. NIT Jalandhar courses are offered in engineering, science and management streams. B.Tech, M.Tech., M.B.A., M.Sc. are Ph.D are the NIT Jalandhar courses students can apply for.
The mode of study of NIT Jalandhar courses is full-time. The duration of NIT Jalandhar UG courses is 4 years. On the other hand, PG courses offered by the university are of 2 years duration. The college is small,but all necessary features are packed within the campus. Classroom are modern style , hostel are shared from 1st to 3rd year and single room in final year. Food and mess are ok for 2nd and 3rd year And slightly better for 1st and final year students

Very good infrastructure with sufficient amount of hostels, lecture theatres and library together with study room.New lecture theatres are also constructing and the greenery is very good. Good number of canteen present

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is good, mostly there are new buildings and some are in development stage and fully Air conditioned Lecture Halls.There are proper sports facilities and there is proper 4indoor Badminton court in gymnasium hall.

According to me, your decision between the two should mostly depend on your interests.
To determine your area of interest, you should learn about both subjects, speak with students who are already engaged in them to have a good understanding of both, and then choose one.
Now that you know how to accomplish your best in that topic, getting the best placement possible won't be too difficult for you.
NIT Jalandhar have better placement thab Guru nanak dev university.
Also you getting NIT tag which obiously have great value.
As per my opinion, NIT Jalandhar and now it's all upon your interest.

Placement stats of NIT Warangal 2020-21:
92 students were placed in the mechanical department. The total number of students was not mentioned on the official website of NIT Warangal.
Highest Salary- 25.8 LPA
Average Salary- 9.02 LPA
