There are currently three campuses under MU OET 2017. Through the MU OET college predictor 2017, the applicants will be able to know which campus they will get admission in. The second tab of the result will show the list of colleges that will offer admission to the applicants in the mentioned branches.

With 6794, CSE is near to impossible. Yes, there is a chance for ECE if you go till the final round. According to 2018 and 2017 data, for ECE, the cut offs were between 5000 and 60000. And, there is no big difference between that and your rank, so you can give it a try.
Taking into consideration trends in past year regarding the cut off , I am sorry to say this but you have very low chances of getting cse in Manipal Jaipur as the seats are filled by ranks upto 10000.
Last year cut off was 8588.
