Ans: If a candidate is not satisfied with his/her performance in the 1st attempt, the candidate may make a 2nd or 3rd attempt. But for each additional attempt, the candidate has to pay an additional sum of Rs. 1400 as entrance examination fee. Other than that the slot booking process for the 2nd or 3rd attempt is the same as the 1st attempt.

With 6794, CSE is near to impossible. Yes, there is a chance for ECE if you go till the final round. According to 2018 and 2017 data, for ECE, the cut offs were between 5000 and 60000. And, there is no big difference between that and your rank, so you can give it a try.
Taking into consideration trends in past year regarding the cut off , I am sorry to say this but you have very low chances of getting cse in Manipal Jaipur as the seats are filled by ranks upto 10000.
