MP PET 2013 Counselling Procedure

MP PET 2013 Counselling Procedure has been made available to students from May 27, 2013. Students who have qualified in the MP PEPT 2013 are eligible to apply for online offcampus counselling of the MP PET 2013. students have to apply online and fill in their choice, get their documents verifid before seat allotment. The modalities of the MP PET 2013 Counselling has been summarized below.

MP PET 2013 Counselling Procedure:

1. Online Registration:

  • Click here to register
    Pay Rs 430 counselling fee (non refundable)
  • Payment can be made through Internet banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Payment at any of the helpline centres in cash or through the MP Online Kiosk.
  • Students have to enter their Roll No and the particulars while registering
  • Note: Candidates who have not been allotted seats in the first round can enroll for the second round of counselling with a payment of Rs 30


2. Documents Verification
:The following documents have to be presented at the help line centres. After verification, a receipt will be issued to the candidates which has to be kept safe.

  • Score Card of MP Pet 2013
  • Marks Sheet of Class XII or Qualifying Exam
  • Marks Sheet and Certificate of Class X
  • Category Certificate if any
  • Income certificate if applicable
  • Nativity /Domicile Certificate
  • PD certificate if applicable
  • Certificates for Ex-serviceman, J&K Migrants and other such categories

 

3. Online Preference/Choice Filling and Part Payment of Tuition Fee:

  • Students must fill in their choice of courses and colleges as per their preference
  • A fee of Rs 1100 + portal charges of Rs 100 must be paid.
  • A receipt will be generated showcasing the choices locked by the student as well as the payment made.


4. Online Allotment:

  • Students who are satisfied with the seat allotted to them should print the Admission Alip/Allotment Letter and report to the allotted college as specified.
  • Students who are not satisfied with the seat allotted to them can apply for upgradation before the specified date.


5. Reporting, Document Verification and Admission in Allotted Institute:
Students have to report to the allotted institutes on the specified date along with the following documents in original and one set of photocopies.

  • The MP PET 2013 Allotment Letter
  • Score Card of MP Pet 2013
  • Marks Sheet of Class XII or Qualifying Exam
  • Marks Sheet and Certificate of Class X
  • Category Certificate if any
  • Income certificate if applicable
  • Nativity /Domicile Certificate
  • PD certificate if applicable
  • Certificates for Ex-serviceman, J&K Migrants and other such categories
  • A DD for Rs 20,000 (Rs 10,000 for SC/ST) in favour of Director, Technical Education, Bhopal


Important:
Students must not submit their Originals at any centre or institute. They have to furnish them for verification and take them back with them.Only photocopies have to be submitted.
