About MP PEPT 2013: MP PEPT is an exam conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board to provide admission to the eligible candidates to various courses in engineering in the colleges under the state.

MP PEPT 2013 Eligibility:

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.

  • must have passed 10+2 from MP state board or any other recognised board with a minimum of 45% (40 % for SC/ST) OR

  • Must have passed final year Diploma in any Engineering branch of Madhya Pradesh Board of Technical Education Bhopal / Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal

  • Candidates who are waiting for their results or are appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible.

  • Age Limit: Must not be more than 21 years as on October 1, 2013 ( 24 for SC/ST)

Must meet MP domicile requirements as follows:

1. Candidate must have been educated in an educational institution of MP at least for three consecutive years during the five years duration from the year of examination.

2. Candidate should be a bonafide resident of Madhya Pradesh.

3. Candidate must be a son/daughter of:

  • An Government of M.P employee OR

  • A pensioner of Government of M.P OR

  • A employee of the M.P. Government of M.P. who died while in service OR

  • An officer of the All India Services of M.P cadre.

4. A Central Government employee:

  • An employee of Defense Establishments,

  • An employee of Post & Telegraph Dept.

  • An employee of the Railways

  • An employee of a public sector undertaking posted and stationed in M.P. on or before January 1, of the year of examination till the date of admission.

5. A person settled in Madhya Pradesh under any resettlement scheme sanctioned by the Government of India or the State Government of M.P.

NRI Quota Seats:

  • Parents must be NRIs.

  • Candidate must have passed with an aggregate of 45% of the combined marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination.

  • The mark sheet of the qualifying examination must be submitted along with the application form to show that candidate has cleared higher secondary in first attempt.

  • A certificate from the Indian Diplomatic Mission or Chancellery or High Commission from the concerned foreign country stating that the father / mother of the candidate are NRI in the specified country.
