KIITEE Counselling 2018: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will be conducting KIITEE 2018 counselling in offline mode from May 20. The candidates listed out in the merit list will be required to report at the selected venue for the counselling of KIITEE 2018. All candidates will have to be present and only in some unavoidable situations, the parents will be allowed to substitute for the KIITEE counselling 2018. The candidates will have to register themselves for KIITEE 2018 counselling at the venue and verify their documents. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate’s performance in the KIITEE examination, category and availability of seats. After allotment of seats, the candidates will have to confirm their allotment by paying the admission fee. KIITEE Counselling 2018
The counselling of KIITEE 2018 will commence on May 20. All of the selected candidates who have qualified KIITEE 2018 examination will be able to participate in the counselling session which will be conducted in offline mode. The candidates will be required to be present physically at the KIITEE 2018 counselling session. The venue for the counselling of KIITEE 2018 is as given below:

KIITEE 2018 Counselling Procedure
All of the selected candidates will be required to report at the counselling venue atleast 30 minutes before the commencement of the session. Registration for the counselling of KIITEE 2018 has to be done after the candidates arrive at the venue. Verification of documents will also be done. Allotment of seats will be done based purely on the performance of the candidates in KIITEE 2018 examination. The allotted candidates will have to pay the tuition fees to complete the admission formalities. If due to some serious issue, a candidate is not able to attend the KIITEE 2018 counselling session, then his/her parents can attend the session on their behalf if they provide the following documents:
Authorization letter of the candidate
Identity proof along with the photograph
Certificate with the name of the candidate’s parent attending the KIITEE counselling 2018. 10th standard pass certificate or birth certificate will be accepted.
KIIT University will release a separate cutoff rank and merit list for the reserved categories. Allotment of seats will be done according to the categories of the candidates. General category candidates will not be eligible for the reserved seats.
If a candidate is still awaiting the result for their 12th standard qualifying examination, he/she will be allowed to participate in the counselling process after submitting an undertaking.

Payment of Admission Fees
The allotted candidates of KIITEE counselling 2018 will be required to pay the admission fee in the form of a demand draft in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneshwar. The payment has to be done before the designated last date otherwise the candidates will not be able to confirm their admission.
