KIITEE 2019

KIITEEKIITEE 2019 - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) is the online entrance examination conducted by the University for admissions to its B.Tech programmes. The online application of KIITEE will be available in third week of November, 2018. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria for KIITEE 2019 before filling up the application form. KIITEE is a computer based test which will be conducted tentatively during the third and fourth weeks of April. The admit card will be available for download only after slot booking is completed in the third week of April. KIITEE 2019 Result will be announced in the form of a rank card tentatively in May followed by counselling of qualified candidates. KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2019

To apply for KIITEE 2019, candidates will have to meet certain criteria prescribed by the university to be deemed eligible for admissions. These KIITEE 2019 eligibility criteria include academic qualifications, age limit, nationality, nature of qualifying exam etc. The detailed eligibility criteria of KIITEE 2019 are provided below.

Academic qualifications

Candidates should have passed or are pursuing 10 + 2 or equivalent in a regular full time mode.

Candidates must have also scored a minimum aggregate mark of 60% Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible.

They must have finished class 12th (or equivalent) in the year 2017 or 2018.

Candidates appearing in class 12th examination (or equivalent) in 2019 can also apply.

Candidates must have been born on or after July 1, 1998

KIITEE Application Form 2019

The online application form of KIITEE 2019 will be available from the first week of November till the last week of March. There is no application fee. The steps to fill application form of KIITEE 2019 are mentioned below.

  • Candidates must click on the official link to apply online

  • Selection of the course applying for

  • Filling of personal, academic and postal address details

  • Verification and submission of entered details

  • Uploading of  a copy of class X marks sheet/ board certificate (in jpg format and size not more than 150 KB), passport size color photograph only (in jpg format and size not more than 50 KB) and signature (in jpg format ans size not more than 50 KB)

KIITEE Application Status 2019

After submission of the online application form of KIITEE, candidates can check their status of application by entering the KIITEE 2019 application number  to know whether their application has been accepted or rejected.

 

KIITEE Exam Centres 2019

While filling the application form, candidates have to choose two cities where they would like to appear for KIITEE. Candidates must later confirm the KIITEE 2019 exam centre during slot booking so that the exam venue can be printed out in the admit card. It may be noted that an exam centres of KIITEE 2019 may be cancelled if there are not enough applicants for it. In such a case candidates who have opted for it will be accommodated in the next centre of their preference.

 

KIITEE Exam Pattern 2019

KIITEE Mock Test 2019

KIIT will release a mock test for all aspirants. The KIITEE 2019 mock test is also a demo test that allows candidates to accustom themselves with the computer based test as well as the exam pattern of KIITEE 2019. Candidates may note that it is only for demonstrative purposes and there will be no scores mentioned. The mock test of KIITEE 2019 is just for practice purposes to indicate the type of questions expected and the exam day environment.

 

KIITEE Slot Booking 2019

Since the exam is online and conducted more than once each day, candidates will have to book the slots – date, time of the exam as per their convenience. Slot booking of KIITEE 2019 will be on first come first serve basis and will be available from the second week of April. Once slot booking is completed, candidates can download their admit card with details of the exam venue and schedule. To book the slot check the steps below

 

Steps for KIITEE 2019 Slot Booking

Candidates have to log in using their application number and date of birth.

The next step is to select the exam centre, date and time. A limited timeframe  is given to the candidates to confirm their booked slots. No changes can be done after the slots are booked.

Candidates will be able to download their admit card only after successfully booking their slots.

 

KIITEE Admit Card 2019

It should be noted that admit card of KIITEE 2019 will be generated only after the slot booking process is completed. Candidates must download the same and check the details before printing the same. They must carry the KIITEE 2019 admit card when appearing for the exam failing which they will not be allowed to write the same. Candidates need to keep the admit card of KIITEE 2019 safe till the entire process of admission is complete. Candidates unable to download their admit card must contact the university immediately.

KIITEE Answer Key 2019

The university does not declare any answer key for KIITEE 2019. Therefore no KIITEE answer key will be available. However should the university decide to publish the same, it will be available here on this page.

 

KIITEE Result and Rank 2019

KIITEE 2019 result will be declared in the last week of April 2019. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam will have to login to check their performance in terms of the score they have obtained. A rank card will also be released by the university to be furnished during counselling. This rank card will denote the rank obtained by the candidates as per their merit in KIITEE 2019. Candidates obtaining the same marks will be awarded ranks on the basis of the inter-se-merit rules prescribed by the university namely more marks in Maths, Physics and finally age of the candidate.

 

KIITEE 2019 Counselling

Qualified candidates will have to participate in the KIITEE 2019 counselling to be held offline in May 2019. Counselling will be on the basis of merit and the choice of branches indicated by the students. Candidates have to login and download the KIITEE counselling letter to be submitted at the university on the scheduled date and time. Candidates must report for counselling of KIITEE 2019 in person and complete their document verification. In case they are allotted seats, they must submit the admission fees to confirm their seat.
