After successful registration candidate should login and apply.
KEAM has been conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala Government to provide admission to the students in various engineering courses in the institutes in the state
Essential things to keep on hand while submitting the application:
Jpeg format of candidate’s photograph as per specifications is mandatory for application submission.
A valid e-mail id or a mobile number is to be given in the online application.
Candidate should have details of Application fee remittance as mentioned below
Note: After successful submission of application, the generated application number as well as the password used by the candidate has to be noted for future use.
Take a printout of the application and
Affix a passport size (3.5 x 3.5 cm) photograph (this should be the copy of uploaded photo), get it attested by a Gazetted Officer or the Head of the Institution where the candidate has last studied.
The applicant and the parent should sign in the specified areas on the printout of the Application.
Get Course Certificate and Nativity Certificate in the prescribed format available in the body of the printout of the application.
If the candidate claims any reservation, then download the relevant format(s) of the certificate(s) and get it certified from the concerned authorities.
Enclosures to be submitted with the filled in KEAM 2013 Application Form:
Nativity Certificate in original in the prescribed format from the concerned Village Officer.
Attested copy of the relevant page of the SSLC or equivalent certificate to prove date of birth, in case Date of Birth is not certified in the Course Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution, in the Application.
Course Certificate in original duly filled in with signature and seal of the Head of the
Institution in which the candidate is studying OR Attested copy of the final year mark list of the qualifying examination.
Community Certificate and Income Certificate in the prescribed format in original from the concerned Village Officer for community reservation claims in the case of SEBC candidates.
Community Certificate in original from the concerned Tahsildar in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Copies of certificates attested by Govt. Gazetted Officer as proof in support of any claim for special reservation.
Inter-Caste marriage certificate in original from the concerned Village Officer, if applicable.
Self-attested copy of Medical certificate from the District Medical Board in the case of ‘Persons with disabilities’ [PD].
Send the Printout of application and Supporting documents to Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, 5th Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 001
Note: Only one application per candidate. KEAM 2013 Application Fee: Rs.700 (SC / ST: Rs.350)
Note: ST candidates whose annual family income is below Rs.40,000/- are exempted from payment of application fee on condition that they produce income certificate and caste certificate from the Revenue Authority KEAM 2013 Dubai Centre for Exam:
Candidates choosing 'Dubai' as Examination Centre will have to remit an additional fee of Rs.10,000/- by way of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn on a Nationalised Bank, in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram along with the application.
Such candidates should give a local contact number, if available, in their application in the appropriate place. If the additional fee of Rs. 10,000/- is not paid by the candidates in the form of DD along with the application, they will be allotted a centre within the country.
KEAM 2013 Mode of Payment of Application Fee:
A student can pay exam fee via multiple way as explained below.
Security Card and Prospectus can be obtained from Selected Post Offices in Kerala and outside the State, on payment of the prescribed fee by cash.
The Security card consists of a KEY NUMBER, which is inside the Security panel and not visible before scratching the silver panel.
There is a Serial Number on each Security card.
The Key number and Serial Number are unique and are required for filling up of payment details in the online application.
Demand Draft: Application fee can be paid by way of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. KEAM 2013 KEY No: The Candidate should maintain strict confidentiality of the Key Number and keep it in safe custody till the end of allotment process of KEAM 2013. The Key number is also required for Option registration for admission to the Professional Courses. The candidates who make the application fee payment using Demand Draft will be issued Key number only after the preparation of rank list.
IMPORTANT: Do not disclose the serial number and key number to others. Key
number should be kept safe till the end of allotment process for further login.

I hope you are aware that KEAM 2020 is an exam that will be conducted by commissioner of entrance examination that is denoted by CEE. KEAM is an state level exam conducted by CEE , Kerala, for the students who wants to take admission in under graduation programs of engineering. These exams offers admission in various government and private colleges of state .
As you asked about when will form b available so dear student it will be available from February 2020 . And exam will be conducted in the month of may . I hope this helpful to you.
As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, for admission into keam for biomedical engineering in government college, the cut off varies every year.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

In general, Try to do your best and get basics and solve numericals from each chapter from all the 3 subjects.
try to give mock test and know where you stand and improve your position.
As for marks try to score 80-85% of total marks. A rank in range 2k-3k will make your position secure in 1st tier colleges who accepts KEAM to intake candidates.

For KEAM, only the boards examination marks of class 12 will be taken into consideration. The eligibility of KEAM says that you will need to score 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together in class 12. Also, the marks scored in Computer Science will be considered in case you did not study Chemistry. In case you have not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks in Biotechnology will be considered. If none of the subjects- Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology has been studied by the candidate then the marks in Biology will be considered
