I have given 12 state board with pcb this year. Can I give only math paper from NIOS board next year AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR JEE NEXT YEAR?

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 28th May, 2020
Hello.
Yes it is possible to appear for only one subject from NIOS board and with 12th in PCB you can fill JEE mains application form and even you can also give this exam but it will be waste for you, and if you are considering that with having an another marksheet of mathematics from NIOS board you can be eligible for getting admission into colleges for engineering then also you would not be, because here your single marksheet will be considered where there should be  your all subjects, it is not possible to show two marksheet at the time of admission.
Best of luck.

my jee mains percentile was 79.29 can I get any nit admission in cse branch or any other branch and my caste is oc

Aditya Kumar Student Expert 28th May, 2020

Hi dear aspirant

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat in any NITs with just 79.29 percentile

This is because your percentile score is 79 which is low  and with this percentile you will not qualify even JEE Mains and thus without qualifying JEE mains you cannot get into NITs.

For example, last year qualifying cut off for open category was 89 percentile but you have got Only 79.29 percentile and thus based on previous year trends will not be able to qualify JEE mains and thus cannot get into NITs .

Now , If you want to get into NIT what you need to do is prepare well for your July session of JEE Mains , and try to get at least 98 percentile in your JEE mains July session.

To prepare well , you can also go for our JEE mains knockout, link for the same is given below
