National Testing Agency has released the official syllabus of JEE Main Paper 2 syllabus 2020. This year, the authorities have added a new section of Planning for B.Plan aspirants. Candidates who have applied for B.Planning will have to attempt the Planning section instead of the drawing section. JEE Main Paper 2 will be conducted in online mode for admissions in undergraduate architecture courses. Before starting their preparations for JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 candidates are advised to check the syllabus of Paper 2 to plan their preparations accordingly. The architecture exam of JEE Main will basically comprise of three sections namely - Mathematics, General Aptitude, Drawing Skills, whereas the B.Planning paper will comprise of Mathematics, General Aptitude and Planning. Using the JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 syllabus candidates appearing for the exam can get a deep insight about the topics and concepts from where questions will be asked in the exam. JEE Main 2020 will be conducted in online mode twice a year - January and April. The application form of JEE Main 2020 January attempt will be released in online.
Awareness of persons, places, Buildings, Materials. Objects, Texture related to Architecture and build—environment. Visualising three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings. Visualising. different sides of three-dimensional objects. Analytical Reasoning Mental Ability (Visual, Numerical and Verbal).
Three dimensional - perception: Understanding and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, colour texture, harmony and contrast, building forms and elements. Design and drawing of geometrical or abstract shapes and patterns in pencil. Transformation of forms both 2D and 3D union, rotation subtraction, development of surfaces and volumes, elevations Generation of Plan and 3 D views of objects. Creating two dimensional and three dimensional compositions using given shapes and forms.
Sketching of scenes and activities from memory of urbanscape (monuments, public space, festivals, market, street scenes, recreational spaces, etc.), landscape (river fronts, jungles, trees, plants, etc.) and rural life.
Note: For the aptitude test, candidates will have to bring along their own geometry box, pencils, erasers, colour pencils, and crayons.

JEE Main Paper 2 will be conducted twice this year for admissions in undergraduate B.Arch courses in government and private institutes in the country. The Mathematics and Aptitude section of JEE Main Paper 2 will have to be answered in online mode whereas the drawing section of the exam will have to be attempted in pen and paper mode. Candidates who will fulfill the eligibility criteria laid out by the authorities will be offered admissions on the basis of their JEE Main Paper 2 scores.

The cut off marks changes every year this year SPA, Delhi has given it's cut off in terms of rank.A candidate with 247 rank belonging to SC category has secured a seat for in B.Planning and a candidate belonging to SC category with142 rank has secured a seat in B.Arch.So, if you manage to secure a decent rank you may get seat in this college. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
