JEE Main Paper 2 Result 2019 (B.Arch & B.Plan) - NTA has announced the result of JEE Main Paper 2 on May 14, 2019 in online mode. Gollapudi N Lakshmi Narayana from Andhra Pradesh has topped the examination by securing 100 NTA score.Candidates can now download their JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 result by logging to their account using their credentials. The hard copy of the JEE Main paper 2 result 2019 will not be sent to any individual. The result of JEE Main Paper 2 consists of scores obtained in both sessions, if attempted both. Along with the result, the final answer key has also been released.JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 was conducted on April 7 in two sessions. The NTA scores are calculated through the normalization process prescribed by the authorities. Along with the result of JEE Main Paper 2 April session, authorities have also released the All India Rank. Candidates can check details regarding scores and more through the Paper 2 result. The following information will be present in the result of JEE Main Paper 2:
For candidates appeared in both the attempts (January & April)- The result of JEE Main Paper 2 will carry total normalized NTA scores obtained by the candidate in the first and second attempt along with All India Rank (AIR) and All India Category Rank.
Candidate appeared in one attempt (either January or April)- The scorecard of JEE Main Paper 2 will carry NTA scores obtained in each subject and total NTA scores obtained by the candidate in that particular attempt.
What If Two or More Candidates Score Same in JEE Main Paper 2 Result?
There may be chances that two or more candidates score same marks in result of JEE Main 2019 Paper 2. In such cases, inter-se merit of candidates will be taken into consideration. Mentioned below is the order in which inter-se merit will followed to break the tie for admission to B.Arch./B.Planning (in institutions other than IITs):
The raw marks obtained by candidates who have appeared in JEE Main 2019 will be normalized for the compilation of scores, so that it will help to equalize the difficulty levels of both attempts. NTA will merge NTA scores obtained by candidates in first and second attempt of JEE Main Paper 2, 2019 for the compilation and preparation of overall merit/rank list. Candidates appeared in both the attempts, their best of the two NTA scores will be considered while preparing the merit list of JEE Main 2019 Paper 2. While candidate appearing in one of the attempt of JEE Main Paper 2 that particular session NTA marks will be taken into consideration to prepare rank list.

The result has been compiled on the basis of final answer key of JEE Main Paper-2.
All participating institutes that do not use the Centralized Seat Allocation Process will prepare their own rank list based on the candidate’s performance in JEE Main 2019 paper-2 and other criteria as decided by them.
Only the All India Rank (AIR) will be used for admissions through Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) and Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/ SFIs/ Others.
Candidates who have scored 100 percentile in JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 January session:
A total of 1,80.052 candidates had registered for the exam while a total of 1,45,386 candidates had actually appeared for the entrance exam.
JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 cutoff will be the minimum ranks required for admissions into the Architecture and Planning courses. The cutoff will be in the form of opening and closing rank which candidates need to secure for admissions into the participating NITs and CFTIs.
JEE Main cutoff for B.Arch/B.Planning will varies according to the institute selected by the candidates. While determining the cutoff of JEE Main Paper 2, various factors will taken into consideration. Candidates can check the previous year cutoff from the tables given below:

The counselling and seat allotment procedure of JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 will be done by JoSAA 2019 tentatively in the second week of June.
