hey muskan
Physics is as important as math and chemistry in JEE as it carries equal number of marks. There are important topics hat carry a good weightage of marks like Electrostatics , Oscillation and Waves , Modern Physics, Optics . Do not omit these.
Magnetics, Electromagnetic Induction and AC , Current Electricity , Waves are a few topics that a lot of queestions can be expected from.
Prepare formula sheets or flash cards for formulae from each chapter seperately which will make revision easy.
If you do not have a lot of time revise and focus more on what you already know.

Hey priyanshu.
there are a lot of factors determining cutoffs like difficulty of the exam, previous trends, number of people attending and how many seats are available.
I cannot predict the cutoff for 2020 but depending on previous years' cutoffs, minimum marks for qualifying for ST category was around 24-30 marks.
