JEE Advanced 2019 Students Reaction: The JEE Advanced 2019 exam has been conducted successfully by IIT Roorkee today. The Paper 1 was conducted in forenoon shift from 09:00 AM to 12:00 noon while the Paper 2 was held in forenoon shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. As per the reviews of students, Mathematics was the most difficult part with most questions being tricky and caclculative while Physics and Chemistry being moderately difficult. Questions were mostly taken from Class 12 part and were tricly and calculative rather then lengthy and theoretical. Students accompanied by their parents, started arriving at the exam centre from very early in the morning. The JEE Advanced 2019 exam consists of Paper 1 and Paper 2, both compulsory in nature. The JEE Advanced 2019 question paper contains questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Forenoon Shift

Aakasrsh found the exam found the exam pretty much difficult from last year. He found Chemistry to be easiest while Physics was tough while questions in Mathematics were logical and tricky in nature. In Physics, electrostatics saw most questions and overall the paper was moderate to difficult.

Shubam found the exam to be moderately difficult. He found Chemistry to be easy in both Paper 1 and 2, Maths was tough in Paper 2 in comparison to Paper 1. In Paper 2, mechanics drew most questions while in Paper 1 Coordinate geometry saw a few questions.

Vaibhav found exam to be difficult in nature. He found Chemistry to easy while Physics was tough. In Physics questions from thermodynamics were easy and in Maths from Conic sections and Matrices and Determinants. In Chemistry questions were form inorganic.

Mehek found the exam to be easy in Paper 2 in comparison to Paper 1. She found Chemistry to be easy while Physics was tough, Mathematics was moderate in difficulty level. In Chemistry, questions were mostly from Organics and from Trigonometry in Mathematics.

Morning Shift

Ayush found Mathematics to be quite tough as the questions were hugely calculative in nature. He managed to attempt most questions and is quite sure to qualify the exam.

Keshav Anand found the paper to be quite difficult. This is his second attempt for JEE Advanced. He found Mathematics to be easy while Chemistry was also relatively easier while Physics was tough. Most questions were tricky in nature.
Gaurank found the paper to be a little bit tough but he managed to attempt most of the questions. He found Mathematics and Physics to be tough while Chemistry was a bit easier.

Yash prepared from FIITJEE for his JEE Advanced 2019 preparation. He found Mathematics to be quite difficult in comparison to Physics and Chemistry. In Physics most questions were from class 12 part, while there were some questions from Heat in class 11.

Pre-exam Analysis

Ritesh Shah studied from CBSE board and is appearing in his first attempt of JEE Advanced. Ritesh took coaching from Rao IIT Academy. Physics and Chemistry are his favorite subjects and he has prepared well. Ritesh secured 82 percentile in JEE Mains 2019

Aditya, a dropout student is appearing second time in JEE Advanced. Aditya prepared from Vidyamandir Classes and he is quite confident of scoring good marks in the examination. Aditya secured 11,500 rank in JEE Mains 2019. Aditya’s strong subject is Physics and will try to score as much as possible in Physics while Chemistry and Mathematics are average in his preparation level.

Mohit Sharma took coaching from Allen institute in Kota. He is appearing for the first time in JEE Advanced and has planned to attempt Mathematics and Chemistry and Physics subsequently.

JEE advance will be conducted on may 17 and one should must possess all the below 5 mentioned eligiblity criteria,
.
  • Performance in JEE mains,
It is essential for the candidates to have qualified JEE mains and be among the top 250,000

  • Age limit
There's no age limit, since the supreme court has said one who is 25 and above is eligible for the exam

  • Number of attempts
JEE advanced can be attempted maximum of 2 times in 2 consecutive years

  • Admission in the IIT
Candidates who had already admitted in IITs are not eligible.

  • Performance in the 12th
One should score at least 75% aggregate in 12th and if the student is SC/ST/PWD he should secure 65%.

Once you are eligible by considering the above mentioned criteria you are ready for JEE advance.

If you want to score well in the JEE Main examination, you must refer to NCERT Books. You must read and understand NCERT line by line. If you have done this, then refer to some other books for better questions to be solved. The more questions you solve, the better you will be prepared for the examination.
