some information for jee advance and sc categary is important or not

Rehan Alam Student Expert 23rd Feb, 2020

Dear aspirant,

JEE advanced result examination for admission into various Indian Institute of technology, IISC Bangalore and other Institute of prominence in India for engineering. JEE advanced is conducted in the month of May and you have to first towards the first phase of the j e e examination that is JEE main. You have to clear the cutoff of main exam and if you are able to do that you will be eligible for taking JEE advanced exam. As for SC category it will be helpful for you in a way that your cutoff in main exam will be a lot less than that of a general category to give you an idea the cutoff of an SC category student is almost half of that of general candidate.

If you are an eligible SC with all the documents to prove it like your caste certificate then you must apply as an SC candidate to the exam. Similarly you will also get benefit in the j e e advanced exam.

Following are the links for both the examination and more details about them.

Rehan Alam Student Expert 22nd Feb, 2020

Dear aspirant,

One of the most important books and often underrated books for preparing jsc examination are study material from a good coaching institute. These materials contains all the important topic in accordance to the examination pattern as this material are prepared by professionals in the field with the experience of 5 to 10 years or maybe more than that. So if you can get your hands on any of the coaching material then that would be enough to get you good marks in JEE exam.

what is the qualifying percentile in jee advanced exam

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 22nd Feb, 2020
Hello.
As you know the percentile in JEE mains  which is need to be eligible for JEE advanced vary category by category you didn't mention so I am considering it for general category as we cannot predict the coming data so from the previous year record you must maintain 85 + percentile in your JEE mains exam to be eligible for giving JEE advanced.
Best of luck.
