JEE Advanced Rank List 2020 - IIT Delhi will release the rank list of JEE Advanced 2020 through the official website tentatively in the second week of June. Candidates will be able to check the JEE Advanced 2020 rank list online by simply logging in to their account using application number and date of birth. Only the candidates who will appear and qualify both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of JEE Advanced will find their names in the rank list. The authorities will consider the scores secured by the candidates in the examination in order to prepare the JEE Advanced rank list 2020. The authorities also consider a tie-breaking policy in case of same marks are secured by two candidates in the rank list of JEE Advanced 2020. The candidates who will secure the minimum subject and aggregate marks will be called for the counselling process conducted by JoSAA. Candidates should follow the given steps to check the rank list of JEE Advanced 2020.

Visit official website of JEE Advanced 2020.
Click on JEE Advanced 2020 rank list link.
Enter application number and date of birth.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Rank List of JEE Advanced 2020 will be displayed on the screen.
Download the rank list.
If two or more candidates secure the same marks in JEE Advanced 2020, then the authorities will consider the following tie-breaking policy to determine the ranks of the candidates-
In case of a tie, a candidate with more positive marks will be given the higher rank.
If a tie still persists, candidate with a higher score in Mathematics will be given preference while allotting JEE Advanced 2020 rank.
If a tie still persists, candidate who will score more in Physics will be given a higher rank.
If a tie still persists, candidates will be assigned the same ranks.
Names of those candidates who will appear and qualify the entrance examination will be included in the rank list of JEE Advanced 2020.
Marks secured by the candidate in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of JEE Advanced 2020 will be considered while preparing the rank list.
The total marks secured by a candidate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in aggregate will also be considered to prepare the rank list.
Only one rank list of JEE Advanced 2020 will be released by the authorities and there will be no waiting list.
If a candidate qualifies for more than one category, then he/she will be considered for all the categories he/she is eligible for.

Dear Rahul, you haven't mentioned the course for which you are looking. Nevertheless the maximum closing rank for IIT KANPUR under GENERAL CATEGORY was 8104 for Earth Sciences.
For other categories it was as follows -
Having said that cut offs changes every year as they depend on various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, highest marks, lowest marks etc.
