Steps to attempt JEE Advanced Mock Test 2023
Step 1: Visit jeeadv.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on “Examination” and select the “Mock Test” option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: JEE Advanced mock test for Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Click on any link to attempt the JEE Advanced mock test 2023.
Step 5: JEE advanced mock test login window will appear on the screen with default login details. Click on “Sign In”
Step 6: Instructions for attempting JEE Advanced mock test will appear on the screen. Click on “Next”.
Step 7: Select the default language for attempting the JEE Advanced mock test 2023 (Hindi/English) and check the declaration box.
Step 8: Click on “I am ready to begin” and attempt the JEE Advanced mock test 2023.

JEE Advanced 2023 mock test has released on the official website.
Candidates will not be required to enter any login details to attempt the JEE Advanced mock test 2023.
The duration of the JEE Advanced mock test 2023 will be 3 hours and there will be three parts- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Each part will have different sections having multiple choice questions, questions with more than one answer, numerical value questions, integer digit answers, and matching type questions.
Candidates will also have an option to view the mock test of JEE Advanced together by clicking on the “Question Paper” link.
A timer will start as soon as the candidate will start the mock test.

Important Instructions for JEE Advanced 2023 Mock Test
Candidates can check the important instructions for attempting the JEE Advanced mock test 2023 here-
The total time duration of the JEE Advanced 2023 mock test will be 3 hours with three parts.
Timer will start as soon as the candidate will start the test.
The “Submit” button present at the bottom right corner of the screen will remain deactivated during the entire 180 minutes duration of the paper. The “Submit” button will be activated only after the timer will reach zero and the saved responses will be automatically submitted.
Candidates can click on the ">" arrow symbol, which appears to the left of the question palette, to collapse the question palette thereby maximizing the question window.
Candidates have to choose the default language at the start of the mock test of JEE Advanced, however, candidates can click on the Profile image on the top right corner of the computer screen to change the default language of the entire question paper during the exam. On clicking the Profile image, candidates will get an option to change the default question viewing language.
Navigating through Parts/Sections of the JEE Advanced Mock Test 2023
Parts and sections of the JEE Advanced mock test will be displayed on the top of the screen. Questions within a section can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding section name.
After clicking the “Save & Next” button on the last question of a part/section, candidates will automatically be taken to the first question of the next part/section.
Candidates can navigate between parts/sections and questions within parts/sections anytime during the paper at their convenience.
Candidates can view the corresponding section summary which will be visible in every section above the question palette.
Navigating to a Question in JEE Advanced Mock Test 2023
To navigate between questions, candidates will have to do the following:
Click on the question number in the Question Palette at the right of the screen to go to that numbered question directly. Note that using this option does not save the answer (if it is answered) to the current question. To save the answer, you must click on the “Save & Next” button.
Click on the “Save & Next” button to save the answer for the current question and then go to the next question.
Click on the “Mark for Review & Next” button to mark it for review (with or without answering the question) and go to the next question.

To change the answer of a question that has already been answered, if required, first click on the “Clear Response” button to clear the saved answer and then follow the procedure for answering that type of question.
To mark a question only for review (i.e. without answering it), click on the “Mark for Review & Next” button.
To mark a question for review (after answering it), click on the “Mark for Review & Next” button – the answered question which is also marked for review will be evaluated.
To save the answer, click on the “Save & Next” button - the answered question will be evaluated.
