JEE Advanced Application Form 2019 - IIT Roorkee will release the application form of JEE Advanced 2019 in online mode in the first week of May tentatively. The qualified candidates of JEE Advanced will be able to fill JEE Advanced 2019 application form. All such candidates are advised to check the complete eligibility criteria of the entrance exam before they proceed to fill the application form. While filling JEE Advanced application form 2019, candidates will have to provide their valid personal, academic and communication details. Candidates will also have to pay the requisite JEE Advanced fees along with application form submission, otherwise, it will not be considered. How to fill JEE Advanced 2019 Application Form?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill the application form of JEE Advanced 2019.

Step 1 – Registration

Step 1 – Registration for JEE Advanced 2019

  • Click on the registration link (will be available as soon as officially activated)

  • Read all the instructions as visible on the screen carefully

  • Now, login to the registration portal using

  • JEE Main 2019 Roll Number and password

  • Enter the security pin

  • After successfully logging in, academic, personal and communication details as entered by the candidate at the time of JEE Main 2019 registration will be visible on the screen in read-only mode.

  • However, the registration form of JEE Advanced 2019 will have some additional fields that the candidate will be required to fill:

  • Candidate will have choose the language in which they want to attempt the question paper (English or Hindi)

  • Candidate will have choose maximum of five centres according to their convenience

  • Total Number of attempts etc.

  • ·Candidate can also fill two additional phone numbers apart from the one entered during the registration.

Note: Candidates must keep in mind that their registration may be cancelled, if they do not fulfil the complete prescribed eligibility criteria.

Instructions related to JEE Advanced 2019 password

Candidates must follow the instructions given below while creating the password.

  • It should be between 8 to 13 characters with a combination of one Uppercase alphabet, one Lowercase alphabet, one numeric value and one special character [email protected]#$%^&*

  • Candidates must not share the password with any other person.

  • Candidates can reset their password if they want to.

How to reset JEE Advanced 2019 password?

To reset a password, the following steps must be followed:

  • Candidates can answer the security question chosen during registration.

  • Candidates can enter the verification code sent to their registered mobile number.

  • Candidates can use the reset link sent to their registered email address.

Step 2 – Uploading of Documents

After entering all the details, candidate will have to upload the scanned images of the following documents:

  • Class X certificate as proof of birth or Birth Certificate

  • Class XII (or equivalent) examination certificate

  • Category certificate (if applicable)

  • PwD certificate (if applicable)

  • Scribe Request Letter certificate (if required)

  • PIO Card / OCI Certificate

  • DS certificate

  • Gazette notification showing name change (only for candidates whose name is not same as in Class X certificate)

Step 3 – Registration Fee Payment

Before proceeding in this step, candidates must check the category they belong to as registration fee of JEE Advanced 2019 is different for different categories.

Mode of Payment: Candidates can choose to make payment according to their convenience using any of the two modes – Online or Offline

Through Online Mode:

Payment by Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking: By clicking on “Pay Registration Fee” option, candidates will be redirected to State Bank Multi Option Payment System (MOPS) page. Here, they can choose from any of the available options - Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking to make the payment. After successful payment, a unique registration number will be generated. Candidates will have to take a printout of this unique number along with the “Registration Details”.

Through Offline Mode:

  • Payment by CASH using SBI Branch Option: To make payment through cash, candidates will have to select “SBI Branch” to generate the challan. Candidate can make the payment by using a printout of the challan at any SBI branch by making the cash payment. After payment, candidate will be required to enter  payment details to generate unique registration number. Following it, they need to take a printout of the “Registration Details” along with unique number.

Payment by SAARC and Non-Saarc Exam Centre Candidates

Such candidates can make the payment on the MOPS page by using International Debit/ Credit Card as issued by Foreign Banks outside India. Candidates who will use cards issued in India will not be able to make the payment in US$. Upon payment, candidate needs to print the “Registration Details” with UNIQUE Registration Number.

Step 4 – Printing of Confirmation Page

After payment will be made, candidates will have to submit the JEE Advanced 2019 application form and take a printout of the confirmation page and keep it safe for future use.

Q- Should I wait till the last date to fill and submit JEE Advanced 2019 application form?

A- It is not advisable to wait till the last day, as this increases the possibilities of missing the deadline due to technical issues. Also, the chances to make mistakes while filling the form also doubles at this point and time.

Q - I have entered category wrongly during JEE Advanced registration. Can I rectify it during JEE Advanced registration 2019?

A- No, you can not change your category.

Q - Do I need to enter my mobile number in the JEE Advanced application form 2019?

A- Yes, you will have to enter one valid mobile number in JEE Advanced 2019 application form. You can also enter the maximum of two mobile numbers only.

Q - I have accepted a seat during JoSAA 2019. Will I be still considered eligible for JEE Advanced 2019?

A- You can no longer apply for JEE Advanced 2019, if you have been offered a seat at any of the IITs,
