There is no age limit for JEE Mains. To appear for JEE Mains 2020, you should be appearing either in January or April sessions of JEE Mains. For Candidates appearing for JEE 2020, Candidates should have passed their 12th either in 2018 or 2019. Going by that you are eligible for JEE Mains 2020. If the rules remain the same for JEE 2021, you should have completed your 12th either in 2020 or 2019. Okk I'll suggest down some of the books that will help you prepare a bit well for JEE exams...
For physics, go with HC VERMA of course and alongside solve either of the two - DC pandey OR IRODOV.
For Maths, RD SHARMA is the best possible book.
And for chemistry, again you've 3 options and you can solve any one or two as per your requirement. The books are Arihant, GRB, and Pradeep.
Along with this books, do give mock tests too as they will help you prepare more accurately.

Though there is no pattern that JEE Main is following here but you can see that topics like Modern Physics, Optics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Magnetism & Magnetic Effects of Current, EMI & AC Circuits, and EM Waves have been scoring topics in decreasing order.
On average, General Organic Chemistry + Functional Group I has most questions (avg=5.5) but AIEEE 2011 had only 2 questions from this topic, apart from this Coordination Compunds, Atomic structure, Chemical Thermodynamics, Organic Chemistry Functional Group III, Chemical and Ionic Equilibrium, States of Matter, Biomolecules, Chemical Bonding, Functional Group III are topics in decreasing importance according to the data.
In Mathematics, Application of Derivatives, Indefinite Integrals, Definite Integrals & Area Under The Curve, Matrices and Determinants, Probability, Quadratic Equations, Inequalities, Progression are important topics in decreasing importance.
