3) Jaypee University Of Engineering & Tchnology (JUET), GUNA, M.P (Established under Madhya Pradesh Private University (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Samsodhan Adhiniyam 2010 vide Act No. 23 of 2010)
JIIT 2013 Application Form Procedure:
Note: There shall be only one common Application Form for all the three Institutes
Applications can be obtained in the following ways:
In person: Application form and brochure can be obtained from any of the three campuses on cash payment of Rs 1000
Through Post: Receive the application form via post by sending a bank draft for Rs 1000 in favour “Jaypee Institute of Information Technology” payable at Noida/Delhi
IDBI & PNB branches: Application form and brochure are available at selected bank branches of IDBI and PNB on cash payment of Rs 1000

Submission of Application Form:
The completed Application Form / Print out of the on line application must be sent to the following address:

Noida – 201307 (U.P), India
Candidates are advised to safe keep the original receipt of the Speed Post / Registered Post
A photocopy of the filled in Application Form should also be kept for future reference.
Important Guidelines for Online Applications:
After payment through net banking/Credit/Debit Cards and submission, a unique Application ID number is generated which is to be saved for future reference. A confirmation email will also be sent in this regard.
Candidates can opt to attach/upload the photograph on the online application itself.
In such a case take a print out with photo affixed on the online application.
When sending the print out to the Registrar, JIIT:
IMPORTANT: Mention the ID number that is generated on submission of the online form
In case the photograph has not been uploaded, then take a printout and affix recent colored passport size photograph on the printout and then send it to the Registrar, JIIT.
Superscibe the envelope with “Online Registration – Net Banking” for online payment
Superscibe the envelope with “Online Registration – By Demand Draft” for payment by DD.
Mandatory Details in Application Form: The following details have to be submitted by June 13, 2013
JEE-2013 Roll number
Class XII Roll number, Name of the Class XII Board and Year of Examination

Important: Send the Score Card/Mark sheet by scanning the same thru E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Indicate the Application Number and JEE Roll No in the email for proper linking of the application.
Send the Score Card/Mark sheet by fax to 0120-2400986 on the format attached along with the admission procedure leaflet
