I looked up for the exam date and it says 9th April which is just few days away. According to that information, the applications have long since closed and probably admit cards must have been provided to candidates by now.
However, because of lack of information availiable on internet, I contacted the university directly and they responded back by saying that last date isn't confirmed and the applications will be availiable till June. If what the administration supplied is true then you have time till june to register. Otherwise, you are too late to apply now.

Hey aspirant, as per the statement released by the officials the date for the exam is 9 April 2019. But the date is marked as tentative that is it may change in the coming days.

The forms for iuet will be released in February tentatively. They will be available till April. So you would have plenty of time to fill the forms. You can also check their official website regularly to keep yourself updated.
