Here is a list of centres proposed for the IPU CET exam with their centre codes:
Since Bhopal is in this list, you can choose that as the centre.
As far as the mode of examination is concerned, it depends on the authorities and the situation of the pandemic during those days. If they feel that the situation is not so good, they may resort to an online proctored exam, but that is totally their own will.

for bpt addmission in Mumbai only neet and mhcet is required or ipucet and bcece exam is also must...?? my 12 th (Maharashtra hsc) pcb mks is 42 %in (obc category) and neet 350 (2019)
Admission to all Physiotherapy Colleges across Maharashtra including Mumbai are done on the basis of NEET score and not any other entrance examination. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. And your NEET score is only valid for 1 academic year. So for example, if your NEET score is 350 in 2019, it is only considered for 2019 if you want to study in India. But is valid until 2021 if you want to study MBBS/BDS abroad. Now if your Community is listed in Central OBC list, with 42% you are eligible for NEET 2020 and admission to BPT across Maharashtra including Mumbai will be done on the basis of your NEET 2020 score.
