Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Delhi (MSIT Delhi) was established in the year 2001. The MSIT Delhi is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute.

The MSIT Delhi courses are offered at the UG level and include B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech Information Technology and B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The MSIT Delhi admissions are done based on scores of JEE Main Paper 1 for B.Tech programmes while the CET exam (IPU CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi is considered for lateral entry to B.Tech programmes.

As per NIRF 2024 report, the MSIT Delhi median salary package offered to the students is Rs 6,50,000. The MSIT Delhi facilities include fully furnished classrooms, laboratories, seminar halls, a workshop, a drawing hall, an auditorium, common rooms, an air-conditioned library, a book bank and many more facilities. Students can apply for the scholarships provided by AICTE (AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme, AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls).

MSIT Delhi Scholarship

Although Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Delhi does not provide any scholarships and the students who are aspiring for MSIT scholarships can apply for scholarships offered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). For these scholarships, MSIT Delhi students have to apply online and meet the eligibility criteria. Scholarships are for those students at MSIT Delhi who have good academic performance. AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme

Amount of scholarship that is a tuition fee of Rs. 30,000 or at actual, whichever is less and Rs.2000 per month for 10 months as incidentals charges each year.

This scholarship is for differently-abled students who have a disability of not less than 40%.

Candidates must be admitted to diploma/degree courses at an AICTE recognised institution.

The annual income of the family should be less than Rs.8 Lakhs per annum.

AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls

Amount of scholarship that is a tuition fee of Rs. 30,000 or at actual, whichever is less and Rs. 2,000 per month for 10 months as incidentals each year.

This scholarship is for girl candidates who have taken admission to the diploma/degree course at AICTE approved institution/college.

The annual income of the family should not be more than Rs.8 Lakhs.

Up to two girls per family can apply for the scholarship.
