IIIT surat is good or iitram ahmedabad for btech

Hello.
This both the institutes are comparable in sense of fee structure,
IIIT Surat is established in 2017 while IITRAM , Ahmedabad established in 2012in IIIT Surat most of the facilities are not available infrastructure is average while if talking about IITRAM so it is dominant over IIIT Surat, so in conclusion IITRAM is good for BTech but for branches like civil where as IIIT surat is good for top branches like CSE .

It is an autonomous university ,the university is profound change in engineering education with the specialisation in infrastructure to create the centre of excellence. The objective of the institute is to offer high-quality education in science, technology and management.B.tech (civil engineering,electrical engineering, mechanical engineering)is 85k per annum and for m.tech(electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering)30,500 k for first year.and for ph.d it is 45k for first year.you didn't mention the course so,I'm giving the overview of the fee.
