I scored 372 and ranked 11672 in GATE 2019 from General Category in Computer Science (CS) paper. What institutes can I get?

Yash Bhandari 13th Apr, 2019

Hello Yash,

As you have mentioned above that you have scored 372 in the GATE examination with a rank of 11672, in CS branch, there is a slightly fair possibility that you would get a pretty decent college.

I would recommend to make a list of IIT's or NIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.

You can apply to almost all the major ones, but make sure to go prepared during the counselling sessions.

And for the further details, if you have any query you can even visit our website, where there is a detailed description which would be quite helpful for you

What should i fill in "please provide name and details of two references" section. It is section 5

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 19th Mar, 2019

Dear Ajinkya, you can provide any of your Lecturer's details or a guardian if you have. Both the references can be your Faculty or someone who knows. But avoid any reference from Immediate family. It is just generic information and there are no issues if you give the reference details as requested.

Yash Bhandari 17th Mar, 2019

Hello Manu,

Yes, you can get admission to a PG program in the field of engineering without a GATE score also.

But the only catch is that you will not be able to choose the college or branch of your choice.
