About ICT Mumbai 2013: The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai was established as the Department of Chemical Technology on 1st October, 1933 by the University of Mumbai, through active support of industries and philanthropists. The Institute was most popularly known as UDCT, Mumbai.
ICT Mumbai 2013 Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have passed the HSSC/Std.XII Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or the Indian School Certiﬁcate (Std. XII) Examination or any other equivalent Higher Secondary (Std. XII) Examination of a Council Board outside Maharashtra State with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects and secured not less than 50% marks.

ICT Mumbai 2013 Selection Procedure: For Admission to various B.Tech courses will be on the basis of JEE Main and MT CET 2013. 70 % of seats will be filled on the basis of MT CET and 30 % will be on the basis of JEE Main 2013.
Conduct the First Year of B. Pharm. admissions with 100% admissions for All Maharashtra- based on MT CET 2013 score.

Application forms for admission will be available for sales in Account Section, ICT or may be requested by post. Form may also be downloaded from ICT website www.ictmumbai.edu.in for exact dates/ changes in schedule, candidates are advised to refer ICT website.
Step I: Purchase or download of application Form from official website
Step II: Submission of Application Form along with DD of from 900 rs. Drawn in favour of ‘‘The Director, Institute of Chemical Technology’’, payable at Mumbai.
Step III – Display of Merit Lists for MT CET Quota and JEE Main Quota.
Step IV – Various round of counselling will be conducted.

ICT Mumbai 2013 Counselling Process:
The schedule of the admissions will be displayed on the ICT Notice Board and the website www.ictmumbai.edu.in and candidates are requested to visit the website time to time to note the changes, if any.
Candidates are required to submit separate forms for the admission to the courses conducted at the ICT. Forms will be available for sale at the ICT counter by payment of cash, or by post, as well as in downloadable form on the ICT web site, separately for MT-CET 2013 quota and JEE Main 2013 quota admissions. Students belonging to the State of Maharashtra are also eligible for admission to the AIEEE quota seats.
Admission to any undergraduate (UG) courses at the ICT is offered on the basis of merit alone, which is decided according to the marks secured by the candidates at the qualifying examinations and the entrance tests.

You can get ICT till AIR 700. You can choose this institute for your better future as this is better than any other B grade IITs.
As far as future is concerned, I can recommend you to go with IT. but more preferred will be to go for CS. IT and CS almost go hand to hand. Both have mostly same placements and kind of similar jobs with little difference. Why m telling you this is because the future is going to get more technological, more machine dependent and you can access everything of that through programming... Which you can learn in these 2 branches.
ICT Mumbai takes students from JEE mains and since the cutoff of jee mains varies each year they have all india merit rank and it is different for different branches.
Most popular branch of the college is chemical engineering and the cutoff rank in 4th round was 785. For food engineering and technology it was 1239. For dyestuff technology it was 3159. These were for 2018 in all India merit rank.
