No, it is not tough as compared to JEE Main, but it is very lengthy as compared to JEE Main. In JEE Main you have to answer 75 questions in 3hours but whereas in MMMUT you have to answer 150 questions in 3hours. So, you have to solve faster to get a better score.
For, this give short and full mock tests as many as possible to increase your speed. Also, remember that there is -ve marking i.e. -1 mark for each wrong answer. So, be very careful while giving tests.
Application process for MMUT has already started and the last date to apply is 31st March 2020. So, don't forget to apply before date.

Congratulations on your score. Since the results of April session are yet to come, it becomes very difficult to predict the college from now. Once the results are out, and NTA declares the final result, the college can be predicted. With this score and Ews quota, you have high chances of getting into some good colleges.

According to your score, you common rank is around 1.2 lakhs. It seems to be a bit difficult to get into IIIT with this rank. The cutoff changes every year so it is higy predictable as to whether or not you'll be admitted.

It would be more helpful if you have given some decimal values of your percentile.
For 75 percentile, your estimated rank would be less than 2 lakhs 20 thousand considering only the January case.

ST candidate would qualify for JEE Advanced with 75 percentile.
