Haryana LEET 2020 - HSTES will conduct Haryana LEET 2020 tentatively in the first week of June and will release the online application form for the same tentatively in the third week of April. Haryana LEET 2020 is an online entrance test (OLET) which is conducted for admission to the second year B.E/B.Tech course to the participating institutes. Kashmiri migrants will be admitted to the University on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying exam (10th). One seat in each University will be reserved for Kashmiri migrants. The admit card of Haryana LEET 2020 will be released tentatively in the last week of May. There will be three rounds of Haryana LEET 2020 counselling and seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit list. Haryana LEET 2020 is conducted for admissions to 2nd year (3rd semester) of B.E or B.Tech courses. In order to get admission to the participating institutes, candidates should meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities. Candidates can check the eligibility criteria of Haryana LEET 2020 below.
Haryana LEET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Should have passed 12th standard with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology/Mathematics OR
Candidates should have completed 12th standard (Science) with Mathematics or with Technical Vocational subject OR
Should have qualified 10th standard + two years ITI with relevant trade OR
Candidates should have scored at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for candidates belonging to the reserved category) in Diploma in Engg./ Technology of at least 3 years from the Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent OR
Candidates should have passed B.Sc from a recognised university with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for candidates belonging to the reserved category). Candidates should also have Maths as a compulsory subject in class 12th.
If candidates belong to B.Sc stream then they should have cleared the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first-year engineering program along with the second year subjects.
Also, B.Sc stream candidates will be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.
Candidates should have qualified D.Voc. stream in the same or allied sector.
Note- For Kashmiri Migrants (KM), the relaxation in cut-off percentage up to 10% subject to minimum eligibility requirement.
The authorities will release the application form of Haryana LEET 2020 tentatively in the third week of April and all the candidates should complete and submit IT before the last day. Candidates will be able to access the online application form on the official website.
Candidates will have to enter the certain details to fill the application form and it will include sections like personal details, qualification details, address, and parent(s) details.
After entering all the necessary details, candidates will have to next proceed towards uploading signature and photograph as per the specifications prescribed by the authorities. Both colour photograph and signature should be in JPEG format and size of the photograph should not be more than 30 KB, whereas the size of signature should not be more than 20 KB.
Next, candidates will have to submit the form and will have to pay the online application fee through online (debit cards, credit cards, net banking) or offline (e-challan). E-challan should be deposited in Axis Bank or Punjab National Bank.
Reserved Category (SC/KM/PHBC/FF/ESM//TFW/Girls)
Finally, after submitting the application form of Haryana LEET 2020 successfully, candidates should take a print out of the confirmation page for future references.

As per the exam pattern of Haryana LEET 2020, there will be one question paper having 90 questions and candidates will be required to complete the exam within the duration of 90 minutes. For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark and there will not be any negative marking for incorrect responses. Candidates will be able to download the admit card of LEET 2020 from the official website tentatively in the last week of May. Candidates will have to carry two copies of the admit card with photographs attested by a gazetted officer along with one valid Identity(ID) proof having his/her photograph on it to the allotted exam centre. The admit card will contain every necessary detail such as a candidate’s personal information, date, time & exam centre, and important guidelines.
The result of Haryana LEET 2020 will be declared by the examination authorities on the official website. The authorities will not send the result through post and will also not entertain any requests related to re-evaluation/ re-checking of answers of the Haryana LEET 2020.
The merit list of Haryana LEET 2020 will be prepared on the basis of total marks secured by the candidates in the entrance test. Candidates who will be a part of the merit list will be eligible for Haryana LEET 2020 counselling.
Many times, two or more candidates score the same marks in the Haryana LEET 2020, in that case, the merit list will be prepared according to the procedure mentioned below.
Candidate with higher marks in Mathematics will be placed higher.
If a tie persists, marks of Physics will be considered.
If a tie still persists, a candidate with higher marks in aggregate of engineering subjects in Haryana LEET 2020 will be placed higher.
If a tie still continues, a candidate who is older will be placed higher.
Finally, if a tie still persists, both the candidates will be given the same rank.
Candidates who will be able to obtain a rank in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the Haryana LEET 2020 counselling and seat allotment. The authorities will conduct three rounds of counselling and the first round will tentatively commence in the first week of July. Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee. It can be paid online using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking or can be paid offline by generating e-challan which has to be deposited at any designated computerized branches of Axis and PNB Bank.
First counselling: 1st phase of counselling will be conducted for candidates of all categories including RoHC, KM, HOGC, TFW, SC, BC-B, PH, BC-A, ESM and FF of all categories with 25% Female reservation.
Second & third counselling: 2nd phase of counselling will be conducted for candidates of all categories including RoHC (only till second counselling), KM, TFW, HOGC, SC, BC, all ESM and FF with 25% Female reservation.
NOTE: After the third counselling, HSTES will not conduct any counselling. The admission will be offered at Institute level counselling after merging the sub-categories into the main reserved category.
