Haryana B.Tech Counselling and Seat Allotment 2019 - Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) has released the detailed schedule for Haryana B.Tech counselling and seat allotment 2019. HSTES will conduct the Haryana B.tech 2019 counselling and seat allotment tentatively from June 10, while for EWS/ HGST/ TFW/ KM candidates, the process has commenced from May 14. Haryana B.Tech counselling 2019 will be conducted in four rounds in off campus, online mode. To participate in the counselling and seat allotment of Haryana B.Tech 2019, candidates will have to pay counselling fee, and exercise choice filling and locking. JEE Main rank will be considered for the allotment of seats for round 1 and 2, while for round 3 and 4 inter-se merit of qualifying exam will be considered. The candidates who will be allotted seats will have to download the provisional allotment letter and physically report to the designated institutes for fee submission and document verification to complete the procedure of Haryana B.Tech counselling and seat allotment 2019. Haryana B.Tech 2019 Counselling and Seat Allotment ProcedureCandidates aspiring for Haryana B.Tech admission 2019 will have to complete the counselling procedure. To participate, Haryana B.Tech counselling and seat allotment 2019, the candidates will have to pay the requisite amount of counselling fee, get themselves registered, and exercise choice filling and locking. Given below are the steps of the counselling and seat allotment of participate in Haryana B.Tech 2019 counselling:Step 1 – Payment of Counselling FeeThe first step is to pay the requisite amount of counselling fee. To pay the counselling fee the candidates will have to click on the “payment registration link”. Candidates will be able to make the payment either through bank challan or online through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Counselling Fee- Rs 500 (non-refundable), Rs.250 for reserved category
Step 2 – Registration
The next step is to register using details like – name, course, roll number, application number, date of birth, ( as per JEE Main 2019 / NATA 2019 Admit Card or details provided by HSTES)
The candidates will then be redirected to the registration page where details like – gender, category, sub-category, education qualification, aggregate percentage of marks, name of school/college, mobile number, email id, etc. have to be entered.
The candidates will also have to enter the aadhar card details.
After entering all the relevant details, the candidates will have to submit the registration form.
Step 3 – Choice filling and locking
Candidates will have to enter the choices in order of priority and lock on or before the last date.
If any candidate fails to lock the choices, the system will automatically lock the last filled choices once choice filling deadline ends. To maximize chances of getting a seat, it is advisable to enter as many choices as possible.
Step 4 – Seat Allotment
Candidates will be able to check the status of Haryana B.Tech 2019 seat allotment by following the steps:
Logging into counselling website using roll number and password.
Next, click on Provisional Seat Allotment result option
If the candidate has been offered a seat, provisional allotment letter would be sent to the candidate.
The provisional allotment letter would contain details like – institute and branch offered, allotted status and reporting schedule
The candidate will then have report to the allotted institute within the given schedule, along with the Provisional Allotment letter,photocopies and originals of all relevant documents.
Payment of 1st semester feeAt the time of reporting, the candidate has to deposit one semester fee at the allotted institute, failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to report in the allotted institute. The deposition of this admission fee will entail the candidate
Second and Subsequent Rounds of CounsellingTo participate in Round II and any subsequent rounds of Haryana B.Tech counselling and seat allotment, the candidate doesn’t have to pay the counselling fee or register again. Steps to participate in Round II and subsequents rounds are given below:Step 1 – Filling and locking of ChoicesThe candidate will have to enter choices once again, in the order of priority, and lock the choices.Step 2 – Allotment of SeatIn case a candidate is allotted a seat in Round II or subsequent rounds, the earlier allotted/reported will become null and void, and the candidate has to report again at the institute allotted finally.

Score Card and JEE Main Admit Card 2019( NATA 2019 score and admit cards by those opting for B.Arch course)

Caste Certificate ( if admission is sought under reserved category)
Aadhaar Number ( or Enrollment number if Aadhaar is not available)
Proof of annual income ( by TFW, BC, and EBP candidates)
Antiragging undertaking separately by the candidate and guardian
Colored photograph and signature
Key Points related to Haryana B.Tech Counselling and Seat Allotment 2019
The counselling of Haryana B.Tech 2019 will be conducted in online mode.
The counselling of Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) candidates will be conducted side-by-side with general counselling.
The counselling is expected to be conducted in two rounds. However, the subsequent rounds may be conducted if the seats are left vacant.
