Guwahati College of Architecture and Planning Admission 2019: Guwahati College of Architecture and planning has announced admission in B.Arch course for the academic session 2019-20. Admissions are offered on the basis of NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 score. GCA Guwahati Eligibility Criteria: Students can find below the detailed eligibility criteria which students have to meet in order to take admission in Guwahati College of Architecture and Planning.
Candidate should have passed or appearing in 10+2 exam from a recognized board with an aggregate percentage of 50% and also in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
No minimum or maximum age limit for admission
Should have qualified NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 with a valid score
GCA Guwahati Admission Process: Students who wish to take admission in Guwahati College of Architecture and Planning in B.Arch course have to fill the online application form available in the college website. Students also have to appear in the NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 and qualify the test with a valid score. There will be no separate written examination by the college for admitting students. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of students performance in JEE Main Paper 2 or NATA and admission will be offered solely on the basis of merit list.
Seats will be allotted to all the successful candidates in the order of merit on the basis of rank and category of students. Students who will be alloted a seat will have to submit the registration fees and confirm their admission. Rest of the fees has to be deposited at the time of admission. GCAP Guwahati Merit List: Guwahati College of Architecture and Planning do not conduct its admission test and admission is offered on the basis of NATA/JEE Main Paper 2 score. A merit list will be formulated by giving 50% weightage to 10+2 exam and 50% weightage to NATA/JEE Main Paper 2. Students whose name comes in the merit list will be considered for admission process. Seats will be allotted in the order of merit to all the successful candidates. Seats if remain vacant after the admission process will be filled with eligible students by subsequent admission round from the merit list.

GCAP Guwahati Reservation Policy: Standard reservation as per the central and state government are followed for admitting students. Eligibility of Scholarship: Students who want to avail the scholarship should meet the below mentioned criteria
Student must have obtained at least 70% in their first year exam from category A and B while 75% for category C as per above mentioned eligibility
For continuation of scholarship, student of category A and B must obtain 60% while for category C, they must obtain 65% in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year
