GUJCET 2021 - Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will conduct the GUJCET 2021 exam soon. Gujarat CET, also known as GUJCET is conducted for admission to B.Tech courses in the state. Application form for GUJCET 2021 will be available soon online mode. Admission in B.Tech course in all government and government aided colleges in Gujarat is through GUJCET while in private engineering colleges only 50% seats are filled through GUJCET and the remaining 50% are filled through JEE Main. Students who obtain the minimum score in GUJCET 2021 will qualify for the admission. Students applying for GUJCET 2021 must ensure they meet all the conditions of eligibility before filling the application form. GUJCET eligibility criteria enlists the conditions of nativity, age,educational qualification among others which every candidate has to fulfill in order to be considered for admission.

Students must ensure they fulfill all the conditions of GUJCET 2021 eligibility criteria before applying for admission. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for admission under any circumstances. The list of all eligibility criteria is provided here

Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS candidates) in class 12 or its equivalent exam
Candidate must have domicile of Gujarat or have passed class 12 exam from a school situated in Gujarat or his/her parents must be from Gujarat or candidates whose parents are from outside Gujarat but are working in Gujarat at the time of admission

Documents Required to Apply for GUJCET 2021
Students need to have all the documents of educational qualification and nativity at the time of applying for GUJCET. All the information in application form must be filled as per the official documents. Documents required to fill GUJCET application form are
Class 10 and 12 marksheet (only class 10 in case candidate is appearing in class 12)
Scanned images of photograph and signature as per the specification given below

How to Fill GUJCET 2021 Application Form
The application form of GUJCET will be released online by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) every year. Students have to fill the application form within the specified last date. No application after the last date will be accepted. The complete process of applying for admission through GUJCET includes
Step 1- Registration: Candidates have to register by providing their basic information like name, date of birth along with mobile number and email address. Students will receive an email and message on their mobile number after the successful completion of registration mentioning their registration number, login ID and password.
Step 2- Payment of Application Fees: Students have to pay the prescribed application fee in online mode through credit/debit card or net banking. Fees can also be paid online through challan by visiting any branch of SBI. Students are advised to keep a copy of their payment slip till the completion of the admission process.
Step 3- Filling Detailed Application Form: To fill the detailed application form, candidates have to login using their login ID and password. At this stage, candidates will have to provide information about parents, educational qualification, address, paper for which appearing, exam city preference and other information. All the information candidates provide must be correct and in accordance with the official documents only.
Step 4- Uploading Documents: Students have to upload the scanned images of their recent passport size colour photograph and signature. The scanned images must be within the prescribed size and format.
Step 5- Final Submission of Form: After uploading the images, the application form will be submitted automatically. Students need to download the system generated acknowledgement and filled application form and take a printout of the same. Keep the copy of application form safe till the completion of admission process.

The syllabus for GUJCET exam is released by GSEB every year along with the application form. GUJCET syllabus consists of standard class 11 and 12 syllabus from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The detailed syllabus of GUJCET is as follows
GUJCET 2021 Syllabus
Students who will fill the application form within specified dates will be issued the admit card to appear in the exam. GUJCET admit card will be available online which has to be downloaded from the official website. Admit card will have details about the exam centre name and address, date and time of exam, candidate basic details like name, photo and signature along with the exam day instructions. Candidates must download the admit card and take a printout of the same to carry to the exam centre on the day of exam.
Students will be able to check correct answers to all the questions asked in the exam through the GUJCET answer key. The exam conducting authority will release the answer key after a few days of the exam which students can download to check the answers and get an idea of their estimated score in the exam. The board will first release a preliminary answer key which would be open for challenge. Students will be able to raise their objections in the preliminary answer key within a specified time after which the board will release the final answer key by considering the objections (if any).
GSEB board will release the result of GUJCET in online mode. Students will be able to check their result using their registration number. Students who will qualify the exam will be called for the counselling and admission process. The result will mention candidates' scores in each subject individually along with the total score and rank. Students have to download the result copy and take a printout of the same as it will be required at the time of counselling.
GUJCET Merit List
The GSEB board will release a merit list of all the qualified candidates. GUJCET merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the entrance exam. Candidates with their name in the merit list will be eligible for admission to the GUJCET participating colleges. Merit list will be released online in the form of pdf.
The counselling process for GUJCET is carried by the Admission Committee for Professional Colleges (ACPC). Students who qualify the exam will be eligible for participating in the counselling process. ACPC will release a separate notification after the announcement of the result mentioning the detailed procedure to participate in counselling and the schedule of various events. Counselling will be conducted online where students have to register and fill choices of their preferred college and branch. The allotment of seats will be on the basis of merit.
The cutoff will be minimum marks and ranks within which various participating institutions will offer admission to candidates. The counselling authority will release a cutoff for each round of counselling. Students will also be provided institute-wise and course-wise cutoff for all the colleges participating in GUJCET counselling through ACPC.

The official notification is not yet released. The application window will be opened once the registrations begins. Until then you have to wait. The registration may start shortly. i gave given gujcet exam once in( year 2020) but i didnt took admission in any of the pharma colleges that year(2020) .but this year(2021) i want to take admission in pharma college should i have to give gujcet again or former gujcet marks would be valid this year also??? pls reply soon
GUJCET score is valid only for one year. It means that if you have qualified in GUJCET 2020 you can get admission to a course for the academic year 2020-21. So you cannot get admission in the academic year 2021-22 with GUJCET 2020 score. You need to appear for GUJCET 2021 and qualify in it. The applications process for GUJCET 2021 has not yet started. What marks are need to get 3500 rank in gujcet??
The GUJCET is of total 120 marks, so if you score more than 90 marks, you will secure a good percentile of more than 92 percentile which is enough to get a rank under 5k, and if you score around 1000, you will get a rank below 2k.
So AIM for good marks so that you can get good rank.
