GUJCET 2020 Application Form Available Now
GUJCET 2020 - Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has concluded the application process of GUJCET 2020 on February 19 (with late fee). The final date to submit the GUJCET 2020 application form without an additional late fee was February 15. Registered candidates will be able to access GUJCET 2020 admit card tentatively in the first week of March. GUJCET 2020 will be conducted on March 31 for admission to B.Tech and other courses in the participating institutes. GUJCET aspirants should check the requirements or eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities. The authorities will release the provisional and final answer keys, after the conclusion of the examination. Finally, the result of GUJCET 2020 will be declared tentatively in the second week of May, followed by counselling tentatively in the last week of May. The counselling process will be conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). Candidates will be able to access the admit card of GUJCET tentatively in the first week of March. The admit card is one of the most important documents without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Candidates should make sure that the details mentioned in the admit card is correct.

The link will direct the page to the admit card portal. Log in to the account using the registered mobile number/email id and date of birth/application number.
Upon successful login, the admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Download the admit card and take a print out of it.
The requirements prescribed by the authorities in order to be eligible for the examination constitute GUJCET 2020 eligibility criteria. Candidate should be a bonafide resident of Gujarat. If a candidate is a bonafide resident but resides in some other state then he or she will be eligible to appear for GUJCET 2020.
Candidates should have cleared class 12th from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE Delhi/CISCE
New Delhi/NIOS/International School Board.
Candidates who are appearing for the exam in 2020 will also be eligible.
Candidates should have secured at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category).
The authorities had released the application form of GUJCET 2020 on January 21. Aspirants seeking admission to Gujarat institutes had to fill and submit the application form before the last date. The application form could also be submitted till February 19 by paying additional late fee of Rs. 1200. Candidates were advised to refer to the detailed procedure of GUJCET 2020 below.
Registration - Firstly, the candidates had to register using their name, gender, mobile number and email ID. Password also had to be generated.
Payment of application fee - Candidates had to make a payment of Rs. 300 for application fee of GUJCET 2020. Payment could be made through SBI Epay System (credit card/debit card/net banking) or from any SBI branch of the Country through SBI Epay Option of SBI Branch Payment. The total late fee was Rs. 1300 (Rs. 300 + Rs. 1000).
Filling of application form - After successful payment, candidates had to fill the application form of GUJCET in which they had to enter details like personal, academic, and contact. One test centre as per preference also had to be selected.
Uploading relevant documents - The next step was uploading all the relevant documents which included coloured photograph and signature in the format prescribed by the authorities.
Submission of application form - Finally, candidates had to check that all the details entered in the application form were correct or not. After reviewing all the details, candidates had to click on the “Submit” button. Also, candidates were advised to note down their GUJCET 2020 application number.

The examination authorities will release GUJCET 2020 answer key. The answer key will include the correct answers to all the questions asked in the examination. At first, the authorities will release the provisional answer key of GUJCET 2020 tentatively in April. After checking the objections sent by the candidates, the final answer key will be made available tentatively in the first week of May 2020. The answer key will help candidates know the probable marks scored by them in GUJCET 2020.
The authorities will also release GUJCET 2020 cutoff in online mode. The cutoff will consist of the minimum marks needed by the candidates in order to be eligible for admission to the participating institutes. Two types of cutoff will be released by the authorities - Institute wise and Course wise. The opening and closing rank will be available in the cutoff.

Candidates will be able to check the result of GUJCET 2020 tentatively in the second week of May. To check their results, the candidates will have to login using the required credentials on the official website.
Visit the official website and click on the “Result” link which will be available in the notification bar.
Log in to the result portal by entering the required details.
Upon successful login, GUJCET 2020 result will be displayed on the screen.

After the declaration of result, the authorities will release the GUJCET 2020 merit list which will include the names of all the candidates who will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process. The merit list of GUJCET 2020 will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates.
The admission authorities will begin the counselling and seat allotment of GUJCET 2020 tentatively from the last week of May. Candidates should reach the counselling venue on the scheduled date and time. In order to participate in counselling, candidates will have to go to a designated branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank and make a payment of Rs. 350 to get information booklet and 14 digit PIN number. Using the 14-digit number, the candidate will be able to register for counselling, which will include steps like choice filling and locking. After counselling, candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of choices filled by them and marks secured by them in the qualifying examination.

This is the most common question with only one answer. The best among the three entrance is of course JEE Advanced followed by JEE Mains and then GUJCET.
By clearing advanced you can get into best institutes for engineering that are IITs. Apart from it you may also get IISc or IISERS . Mains is helpful for admission in NITs and IIITs and also many good college in gujrat like NIRMA or DAIICT. But NITs are better than these mentioned college of gujrat.
