GUJCET 2019 – The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has announced the round two seat allotment result in online mode. Candidates can login to the counselling portal and check their allotment status. Candidates who have been allotted a seat have to download the admission slip and deposit the fees in Bank. The authorities have ended the registration process for GUJCET 2019 counselling and seat allotment. GUJCET 2019 was conducted on April 26 for admissions into the B.Tech/B.E. courses offered by the participating colleges of Gujarat. The admit card of GUJCET 2019 was released on April 16. There are two conducting authorities for GUJCET – all of the examination related events were conducted by GSEB whereas the counselling and admission process will be checked by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). The GUJCET 2019 application form was completely online and available from January 25 till February 16, 2019 (without late fee). Candidates who were unable to submit the GUJCET 2019 application form within the given due date could fill it till February 24 with the late fee. Candidates could access their GUJCET result 2019 in online mode. The result consisted of the scores secured by the candidates in the examination along with their ranks. GSEB had released the result of GUJCET 2019 on May 9.
How to check GUJCET 2019 Result?

The final merit list of GUJCET 2019 has been released by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) on June 19. While preparing the merit list, 60% weightage is given to the candidate’s score in 10+2th (or equivalent) examination and 40% weightage is given to GUJCET scores. The candidates are ranked according to their merit for the counselling session. To access the merit list, the candidates have to log in using their roll number/user id and course. The provisional merit list was declared on June 11, 2019.
The minimum marks required to have higher chances of admission into the participating institutes constitute the cutoff of GUJCET 2019. It acts as a screening process for admissions. While preparing the cutoff, many factors related to the examination will be considered by the authorities concerned. The cutoff varies according to the category, college and course selected by the authorities.
The choice filling for round 2 has ended. Candidates will be allotted seats as per their merit, preference and availability of seat .ACPC is responsible for the counselling and admission process of GUJCET 2019. The registration process for the counselling has ended. Before the registration for counselling, the candidates had to visit the designated branches of ICICI Bank to purchase the information booklet and 14 digit PIN number. Payment of registration fee of Rs. 350 also had to be done. After accessing the 14 digit PIN number, the candidates had to fill the application form for counselling and submit it. The submitted application form had to be printed out and taken along with other documents for verification at help centres.
The round two seat allotment result has been released in online mode. Candidates can login and check their allotment status. Candidates are allotted seats in online mode through GUJCET seat allotment 2019. Allotment of candidates will be done according to their ranking in the merit list, preference of colleges and courses and availability of seat. A mock round was also conducted so that the candidates understand how the allotment works and can make necessary changes before the real allotment. All of the allotted candidates will have to confirm their allotment and pay their tuition fee. Reporting at the allotted institute also has to be done by the candidates. Allotted candidates can also opt for upgradation. The first round of allotment was announced on June 26, 2019.
Whats New in GUJCET 2019
The fee payment system for GUJCET 2019 has been made online. Candidates had to pay the application fee in online mode through SBI e-Pay or by visiting the SBI Branch through e-Challan.
The final answer key of GUJCET 2019 was released in online mode. Correct answers to all the questions asked in the examination are present in the answer key. Using the GUJCET 2019 answer key, the candidates were able to calculate their scores before the results are announced. Previously, the provisional answer key was released and the candidates were able to raise objections till May 2, 2019.
The admit card of GUJCET 2019 was released by GSEB on April 16. Registered candidates could download their admit card in online mode. It was important for the candidates to keep their admit card safely since it was required at the examination centre. Without the admit card, the candidates was not allowed to participate in the examination. Details such as the timings and venue of the examination along with some personal details were present in GUJCET admit card 2019.
Steps to download GUJCET 2019 Admit Card

The eligibility criteria of GUJCET 2019 states certain requirements that the candidates have to meet to be eligible for admissions. Those candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. Therefore, it was advised that the candidates check the criteria before applying for GUJCET 2019.
Nationality – The candidates should be of Indian nationality.
State Eligibility – Should be bonafide residents of Gujarat. Candidates who are bonafide residents of Gujarat but are residing in other states of the country will also be considered eligible for the examination.
Academic Qualification – The candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE Delhi/CISCE New Delhi/NIOS/International School Board. If the candidates will be completing their 10+2 examination in 2019, they will still be termed eligible for GUJCET.
Qualifying Marks – In the qualifying examination, the candidates are expected to score minimum 45%. Meanwhile, the reserved category candidates will have to secure 40% marks.
Candidates who belong to the special categories were able to apply for the reserved seats. Under every category, there were a certain percentage of seats reserved for the candidates and if the candidates met the requirements then they were eligible for these seats.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has released the information regarding GUJCET 2019. The online application form of GUJCET 2019 was available from January 25 till February 16, 2019 (without late fee). In case candidates who wished to apply for GUJCET 2019 could fill and submit the application form from February 18 to 24 with late fee of Rs. 1000 along with Rs. 300 (application fee). While filling the application form, the candidates had to submit their personal, academic and contact information.
Step 1 – Registration: The candidates had to register at first for the examination and fill the details in the registration form. Details like mobile number and email ID had to be entered with utmost care and choose a password as per your choice. After registration, the application number was sent to the mobile number and email id. The candidate could log in into the GUJCET 2019 portal to further fill the application form using application number and password.
Step 2– Payment of Fees: Candidates had to pay Rs.300 as the application fee in online mode through SBI E-Pay (Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking) or by selecting the payment mode as SBI E-Pay by visiting the SBI Branch.
Step 3 - Filling the Application Form: Information regarding the candidates’ personal, academic and contact details had to be provided by the candidates. The information submitted had to be valid. Scanned images of photograph and signature had to be uploaded in JPEG format within 5KB to 50KB size.
Step 4 – Submission of Filled Application Form: Finally, the candidates were advised to review all of the information that they had provided before submitting the application form.
While filling the application form, the candidates also had to select their preferred exam centres of GUJCET 2019. The list of cities where the examination was conducted were made available through which the candidates had to select their preferred choices.

How to Prepare for GUJCET 2019?
Through the exam pattern of GUJCET 2019, the candidates were able to know details about how the examination would be conducted and the related information such as type of questions asked, marking scheme and more. Another method to prepare for the examination was to use the sample papers of GUJCET 2019. Candidates could refer to the sample papers which consisted of mainly the previous year question papers to practice for the upcoming GUJCET 2019 examination. By using the sample papers, the candidates were able to know the pattern and the nature of the questions asked. If I personally answer to this question then NO. HCV is used to polish and build your concepts well but cannot be a enough material especially in a subject like physics. You need to go up with other proper mcq book as well bcoz more the mcqs you solve, the more you adapt to different types and tricks of solving questions speedily too.
