IIT Kanpur GATE Admit Card 2023 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates are advised to report to the examination centre at least 60 minutes before the commencement of the GATE 2023 exam. Candidates are also advised to visit/locate the centre a day before to avoid any last-minute confusion and to reach on time on the exam day.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre after the time mentioned on the GATE 2023 admit card.
Candidates must carry a valid ID proof and GATE admit card 2023 along with them.
No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination centre before the examination is officially concluded.
No electronic devices such as mobile phones, watches, and more are allowed inside the examination centres.
For calculations, the candidates may be provided with virtual scientific calculators.
Scribble pads will be provided for rough work. The candidates will have to mention their name and GATE registration number on the scribble pad before it is used. At the end of the exam, the scribble pad has to be returned to the invigilator.
