EAMCET 2013 Eligibility Criteria
Only students who fulfil the eligibility criteria as laid down by the JNTU can apply online for the EAMCET 2013 examination. The EAMCET 2013 eligibility criteria cover nationality, local/non local status quotas, academic requirements as well as age limit. Student will have to look carefully at the specified criteria and ensure that they meet them before applying otherwise the applications are liable to be rejected.
EAMCET 2013 Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: Students must be India citizens or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)
Note: PIOs should submit requisite proof of their status
Domicile : Students should meet the domicile requirements as per the existing guidelines
EAMCET 2013 Academic Eligibility Criteria for Engineering students:
- Students must have passed the Intermediate final year or equivalent.
- They must have Mathematics, Physics as compulsory subjects.
- Optional subjects can be Biotechnology / Biology or Chemistry
- Students having completed the AP Board of Intermediate Education’s vocational courses (Engineering & Technology) along with bridge courses from 2000 and subsequent batches are also eligible
- Students who have passed an equivalent exam with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as subjects and the AP Board of Intermediate Education’s bridge course in Maths
- A minimum of 45% marks are required in the Intermediate exam (40% for SC/ST)
EAMCET B.Tech 2013 Age Limit:
- Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December 2013.
- There is no upper age limit.
2. B.Tech (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering)/ B.Tech. (FST)):
- Candidates must be between 17 to 22 years as on December 31, 2013 (for SC/ST the upper age limit is 25 years
Note: Students who have appeared for the Intermediate final year exam or equivalent in 2013 have to submit their Intermediate final year marks within 7 days of the publication of Eamcet 2013 results.

I Belong to the SC category. I have scored 7.6 in my intermediate. How many marks should I need to score in the AP EAMCET to get a free seat in the top engineering colleges???
If your family annual income is less than two lakhs then you will get free seat irrespective of your rank. But if your family annual income is above two lakhs then you need to secure rank below 10,000. Candidates with rank below 10,000 are eligible to get free seat irrespective of their category. To get such rank you need to score minimum 110 or above marks.

i had made mistake with parents annual income in ap eamcet form . it can be changed in time of councelling or not?
There is no need to worry at all. You can change it any time during the counselling procedure is carried out. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest helpline center after the counselling starts and get it rectified.
If it is regarding the fee reimbersment then keep your ration card(white) or the income certificate ready so that you will be able to produce it during the certification verification.

Well, it depends on a lot of things, your category and in which branch you want to do your engineering, how much marks you scored in Intermediate Exams and all, for a general category candidate the rank which ensures an engineering seat in JNTUK as follows (rounded of nearest figure)
PETRO CHEMICAL ENGINEERING- 15000.

entrance exams new date in Andra Pradesh State
As you have tagged AP EAMCET entrance examination with the question, let me tell you that the AP EAMCET 2020 entrance exam was scheduled to be held between 27 July, 2020 to 31 July, 2020. But now, the exam has been postponed and is said to be conducted in the month of September, 2020. The dates are not confirmed currently. You can keep a check on the respective official website for updates.

I have made a spelling mistake in AP eamcet application form, i didnt give space in my fathers name , it is kadhar valli and wrote kadharvalli will it create a problem for me at counselling
I don't think there will be any significant problem with the wrong name and it happens with many student. You can easily get it corrected at the time of counselling before admissions during the document verification. Dont worry it won't impact your admissions.
