CUSAT CAT 2013: The CUSAT CAT 2013 is an entrance test conducted by the Cochin University of Science and Technology to provide admission to eligible candidates to various engineering courses in the University.

Candidate must have passed the 10+2 of the state of Kerala or any other equivalent examination
Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry must have been the subjects in the qualifying exam.
A minimum of 50% in Mathematics
An Aggregate of 50% in the total marks of mathematics, physics and chemistry put together.
CUSAT CAT 2013 B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology Eligibility:

A minimum of 55% in Mathematics
An Aggregate of 60% in the total marks of mathematics, physics and chemistry put together
CUSAT CAT 2013 B.Tech in Marine Engineering Eligibility:
Should have obtained atleast 50% in English at the 10th and 12th standards (applicable to SC/ST)
Age Limit is 25 years as on September 1, 2013
Eligibility for admission will be based on directions from the DG Shipping (Govt. of India)
Vocational/Diploma students are not eligible.

Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) conducts the common admission test (cat) for admission to various courses.
The syllabus of Aptitude Test for Microbiology for cusat cat includes graduation level Botany, Zoology, microbiology, biotechnology and environmental science.
There shall be 150 objective type questions in the following pattern at the Graduate level:
50% - Microbiology,
15% - Zoology,
15% - Bio-Technology,
5% - Environment Sciences.
