CSAB-SFTI 2015 Counselling result has been announced. The counselling procedure started from July 29 at 9 AM for the candidates seeking admission through the process. The counselling for admissions to participating SFTIs is a separate counselling called as Central Seat Allocation Board – Self-Financed Technical Institutes (CSAB SFTI) 2015 Counselling. CSAB SFTI 2015 is one round seat allocation process and was held after JoSAA 2015 admission process (seat acceptance for last round ending on July 26). Candidates will be given admissions to first year of Engineering/ Technology and Architecture/ Planning Programs across as many as 34 Self-Financed Technical Institutes on the basis of their All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main 2015 through a centralized seat allocation procedure for the academic session 2015-16. Candidates can check the seat allotment result below.

Candidates, who have secured rank in JEE Main 2015, participated in CSAB SFTI 2015 Counselling & Seat Allocation. They have been offered only one seat based on their choice and their JEE (Main) All India Rank (AIR) in Paper-I or Paper-II, as applicable. CSAB SFTI 2015 Seat Allocation is done strictly on the basis of merit in order of preference of choices filled in by the candidates and availability of seats.

CSAB SFTI 2015 Pre-Allotment Steps:

All eligible candidates can register themselves using their JEE (Main) Roll Number for participating in CSAB-SFTI 2015 Counselling. Intending candidates should follow the following steps:

(a) Candidates shall register online and must verify their personal information during the registration.

(b) They shall pay initial registration fee of Rs.40, 000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only) by e-Challan. Candidates should use the e-challan downloaded from the CSAB portal for paying the initial fee in any branch of State Bank of India. It will have all the details filled in by the online portal and will have two identical parts (i.e., the challan will be in duplicate). One photo copy of the e challan receipt will be retained by the candidate, and original copy of the challan be submitted to the admitting institute for records.

(c) After registration and deposit of initial fee, the candidates may fill-in their choices of institutes and branches (academic programs) in decreasing order of their preference irrespective of their JEE Main 2015 ranks.

(d) During choice filling, candidates are free to delete and add to their choices of branches/ institutes as per their preference.

(e) The choices must be filled-in carefully in preferential order since choices, once filled-in, cannot be modified after getting locked.

(f) Candidates are advised to carefully fill the choice of institutes and branches where they want to take admission after allotment. If a candidate does not report to the allotted institute due to any reason, then they will have to lose the deposited registration fees.

(g) The candidates must lock the saved choices. If a candidate fails to explicitly lock his/her choices by scheduled time on the last date of scheduled period, its last saved choices will be automatically locked after the deadline. Candidates shall lock their choices themselves and secure a printout of these locked choices. They can login again after locking the choices; the locked choices will be displayed but cannot be modified or altered.

Allotment Procedure:

The allotment procedure broadly involves following stages-

  • Online registration

  • Downloading e-challan

  • Paying initial fee of Rs.40,000.00 in State Bank of India (SBI) by e-challan

  • Online choice filling, saving and locking of filled choices

  • Seat allotment by CSAB 2015

  • Reporting to the allotted institute (in person) for final admission

CSAB SFTI 2015 Seat Allotment and Reporting to Allotted Institute:

Candidates shall download “Provisional Seat Allotment Letter” online as CSAB will not send the allotment letter through other mode of communications. Seats will be allotted to the candidates in order of their choice they have filled during online choice filling, their merit as per their rank, the category (GEN, OBC-NCL, SC, etc.) of the candidate and availability of seats in their respective institutes/branch.

Candidates, who get a seat, should report to their allotted institute for admission during scheduled time. Those, who have been offered seats but do not report at the allotted institute within the scheduled period, shall stand cancelled. They will lose their registration fees.

Hello Aspirant, yes the question comes from all most syllabus but you must see at least one time the syllabus of VITEEE, JEE Mains and VITEEE are both different exam,In JEE Main question only comes from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics but In VITEEE apart from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics questions also comes from English and Aptitude.Question of VITEEE are quite easy than of JEE Mains.

In VITEEE Exam there are
35 questions from Physics
35 from Chemistry
40 from Maths

sir Im Male in news category. I have scored 96 percentile in jee mains January 2020 can I get seat in warangal nit of cse group?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 2nd Apr, 2020

Your expected rank will be around 34760.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100

Where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.

In April session 1200000 candidates are expected to appear then your expected rank can be calculated by the formula (100-your total percentile)*1200000/100

Your category rank is expected to be in between 4000-8000.In 2019 a candidate with rank 489 belonging to EWS category secured(AP state)seat in National Institute Technology, Warangal in CSE.And a candidate from other state with rank 272 belonging to EWS category secured seat in the same. a candidate from other state with rank 400 belonging to EWS category secured seat in the same.Considering this you may not get seat. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly. You can also predict the colleges in which you may get seat in by using our JEE main college predictor
