Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General but if you belongs to any other category then please mention it down. Also note that admission to IIT Hyderabad for B.Tech program is taken only on the basis of JEE-Advance score not on JEE-Main score. But in order to sit for JEE-Advance you need to qualify the minimum cut-off percentile of JEE-Main which will be decided by the NTA at the time of final result declaration.
As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for Open/General category was 584 for CSE branch in IIT Hyderabad. See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 570-580 then there are good chances for you to get CSE branch in IIT Hyderabad.

if the gate score is 35 general category in computer science can i get iit Hyderabad or iit dharwad college?
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science for admission into the Masters Program Sector Companies. GATE cut off is the minimum marks that you need to score to qualify the exam.
Admission in IITs are based on GATE rank and not the number of marks out of 100 you achieved. To get admission in the IITs, you would require a rank under 500. In terms of marks your number must be 70+ in General category.
Sir I Have An Obc NCL Certificate Valid Till March 31st,2021.Is It Valid For All The 4 Jee Mains 2021 Attempts Or Should I Apply Only For The Feb,Mar Attempt As My Certificate Is Valid Only Till March 2021??
The obc ncl certificate should be valid for the year 2021-22, it shouldn't be valid for just one or two months. So i would advice you to get the obc ncl certificate issued as soon as possible. So you do not face any problems in the future. You can submit the current certificate right now but you need to make a new one so get that as soon as possible to be on a safer side.
