Ans. The application form of BITSAT 2018 was available till March 19. It opened on December 19.

Q. What is the application fee of BITSAT 2018?
Ans: The application fee for the male candidates of BITSAT 2018 was Rs. 2,950 while for the female candidates, the fee was Rs. 2,450.
Q. My board doesn't release aggregate marks for 12th examination. What should I enter?
Ans. If you are from CBSE board, you had to include PCM and English/Hindi and one additional elective (total five subjects) in your aggregate. In case you are from ISCE board, you had to include PCM and English in aggregate marks. Others had to calculate the aggregate marks (or its equivalent) and attach a note with explanation of the methodology used to calculate the aggregate marks.
Q. Should I enter my practical marks also while entering the 12th exam marks? Shall I include 11th and 12th year marks?
Ans. Subject-wise and aggregate marks had to be given for class 12th examination year only. Marks of 11th year were not be included. For practical marks, you had to use the same method as used by your respective board to calculate the subject-wise marks.
Q. Can I change my entered preferences after submission of BITSAT 2018 application form? How to do it?
Ans. Yes, you could change your preferences by applying again with changed preferences from June 12, 2018. However, you could use this facility only once. Send the changed preference form with the receipt of payment of Rs 500 along with all required enclosures mentioned in the application form so that it reached the admissions office, BITS Pilani before 5 pm on June 30, 2018.
Q. I have not registered for BITSAT. Can I apply for admissions?
Ans. No, you cannot. Except for first rankers of central/state boards in India, those who do not appear in BITSAT cannot be considered.
Q. Are there any seats reserved for NRIs?

Ans. No. it will not be considered as 75% or more in PCM.
Q. How to I apply for different campuses of BITS at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad? Should I apply separately?
Ans. No. You just need to fill a single form wherein you could give your preferences to all the first degree programmes for all the three campuses.
Q. I have already registered for BITSAT 2018. Why is there a need to apply again for admissions?
Ans. It was a separate process and was mandatory to apply for admissions separately with the marks secured in 12th and also giving your preferences to different degree programmes, along with the requisite application fee. The application form was only to appear in the test, while the admission form was for admissions.
Q. I have passed 12th exam only and not BSc. How can I apply for M.Sc?
Ans. M.Sc. is an Integrated Masters programmes offered by BITS. There is no intermediate B.Sc. degree. The qualification and duration for Integrated Masters programmes is same as that for a B.E. programme.
Q. What is the date for BITSAT 2018 exam?
Ans: The examination of BITSAT 2018 was conducted by the official authorities from May 16-31, 2018.

Ans: Yes. The official authorities of BITSAT 2018 opened the application form correction facility for the registered candidates after March 19, 2018.
