About JEE Main 2013 :
To hold a Joint Entrance Examination from the year 2013 for admission to the undergraduate programmes in Engineering in two parts,

The JEE Main is the Exam conducted by the Joint apex board of CBSE.Admission to NITs will be based on 40 % weightage for performance in Class XII board marks (Normalized) and the remainder 60 % weightage would be given to performance in JEE-Main and a combined All India Rank (AIR) would be decided accordingly. The policy could also be adopted by other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) and participating Institutions.
JEE Main 2013 Eligibility Criteria:
The minimum academic qualification for appearing in JEE Mains 2013 is that the candidate must have passed in final examination of class XII or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination.
Those appearing in class XII final or equivalent examination in 2013 may also appear in JEE Mains 2013 examination provisionally.
Candidates passed Class XII in 2010 or before or appearing in 2014 are not eligible to appear in JEE Main examination.
JEE Main 2013 Selection Procedure:
Admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other centrally funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by several participating State Governments, and several other Institutions shall involve the performance of a candidate in Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). The JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the IITs.

can iget amrita university with 50 percentile in jee
Admission in B.tech courses in Amrita University is based on the AEEE (Amrita engineering entrance exam).It is a university level entrance examination conducted for admission in the institute.However this year due to Covid-19, AEEE, will be a proctored remote onlinetestwhich is scheduled from August 17 to 23.

I have got 97.05 percentile in jee mains Jan 2020 exam and 95.6%in cbse 12th 2020 which engineering college can I get for computer science or electrical branch
You have quite good chance to get CSE in new IIITs like Vadodara,Guwahati,Pune,Nagpur etc.
For electrical you can get some of the top NITs like Hamirpur, Durgapur, North-East NITs etc.

For getting into NIT with a better branch you need minimum of 98 percentile in Jee mains exam if you are from general category.
Rest it might change if you are from a reserved category or depending upon your home state ;
